I have taken 3 cars here on several occasions. They have fixed the problem every time but not before making sure I know whats ahead and exactly how much. Ricky and the staff always go above and beyond what is required.

If I could give them -10 stars I would! This place has had my Mom's vehicle for over a month now, and IT'S STILL NOT FIXED!! It's been one excuse after another. Now, the mechanic working on my vehicle is suffering from PTSD, and apparently have been to work this week to put the engine back in the thing! Now, I am a compassionate, God-fearing woman with PTSD of my own I deal with every day. It had been over a month her car has been in this shop! The least they could do is help out with a rental car, so Mom can get to her doctor appointments! This is a1car family. HEWETT, Y'ALL NEED TO DO BETTER!! Not to mention, every time I wanted to know about any sort of status update, I had to call them! NO COMMUNICATION, CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE, REPEATED EXCUSES AND HANGUPS...... ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! WE NEED OUR CAR!!! I guess I'll have to spend the money for the repair on a rental for the week. I think that's fair! 🤔

I wanted to share my experience with Hewett tire. Today my wife had a low speed tire blowout and she happened to be right near this establishment. I reached out and spoke to a gentleman named Ricky. Ricky offered to change the flat and put her spare on to get my wife going again.
We appreciate you and your associate helping in a time of need. We plan to return tomorrow for new tires. Thanks again.

Wow these guys are awesome! I got recommended to them by a friend.
Got a flat tire and had a donut on. These guys were able to patch and put it back on in 15 mins. I’m a woman that hates going doing car related things but these guys were very nice, quick, and very affordable! 😁

A solid five stars!. From the moment I walked in for an estimate to when I picked up my vehicle, their staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They did not discriminate because I was a female, which is something I have experienced elsewhere. I also witnessed an elderly customer pay with change because that's all she had...and the staff literally counted out nickels, dimes, and quarters on the counter to help her. It was so kind.
The cost for four new tires was exactly within my budget, unlike some corporate locations who estimated twice the amount. The tires were ordered and arrived within two business days. I dropped the vehicle off at 8 AM and it was ready by early afternoon.
They also serviced my A/C for a very reasonable price. They even do basic oil changes. I will definitely return for all my auto needs.
Edited to add that I had a very pleasant experience with Ricky, despite what a few other reviews state. He gets straight to the point quickly but explains everything completely. Additionally, the young man who handled my initial estimate and final payment was training and Ricky was very patient with him.

As a female, I really appreciate these guys checking the car out properly before giving me a diagnosis, and not jumping to conclusions to freak me out into spending more money, or searching for other problems to stress me and my pocket out like a lot of mechanics are doing nowadays; they fixed the problem I went there for and didn't over-complicate. They worked fast and I got my car back in no time. They also went above and beyond and called and checked with my car's dealership about open recalls I might be eligible for and informed me about them. Now my car is running great. I'm impressed. Thanks again guys; I really appreciate you. Thumbs up all the way.

I was able to get a same day appointment for an oil change today. I come here for new tires or to get them patched when possible. They do good work and offer fair prices. I feel very comfortable leaving my vehicle in their capable hands

I have a leaky sunroof and I went to this place highly recommended. But my experience was different. Not sure if he was the owner ( Ricky) . I talked with Ricky over the phone and told him about the problem and he indicated to bring the car over and he will take a look at it immediately. When I arrived basically he refused to take a look at my car like he said he would.
From then on I did not Trust him. You want to support small business, (mom and pop) but with his behavior and lack of Customer Service I went to My dealership. This place was antiquated. At least change the magazines from the 70's will you.

I stopped in for an alignment & Rick called & told me both upper arm control bars needed 2 be replaced & quoted me at about 750$ - I called PepBoys they quoted me $1,150 ? & Firestone quoted me $950 & both would take 3 days to a week to fix! I was appalled.
RICK WAS SO KIND TO ME AS WELL! He was lovely to talk with & I asked many questions & he answered politely & respectfully.
They also got the parts order & installed within 1 DAY!
I will ONLY be using this shop from now on!
