I used H&R Block online free edition. When I did my taxes they told me I would receive $181 however when it came it was only $122 . When I called to talk with someone I was told I would have to pay for an upgrade to speak with a live person. I tried to use the text option that was offered for free with the free edition online however it could not answer any of my questions and just keep trying to force me to pay to talk to a person. This is insane... I definitely will NOT use H & R Block EVER AGAIN...

Arlette Thomas, has been my tax professional for years. I am a single mom with a mortgage etc. She always explains everything, while making me feel comfortable and secure. She is diligent and gets me done in record time. Not to mention funny and sharp as a tack. I will always be grateful and enjoy catching up with her every year.

Completely easy to use. My taxes were completed before my appointment. All I had to do was upload some documents. They called and confirmed information and she was done the next day. Fabulous experience!
