Went today to resolve a problem and was met at the door by the rudest security guard, ask us what we wanted as if it was his business. Then he proceeded to tell us that they were not open due to a meeting. We drove over an hour and was turned away by an unprofessional security guard.

I’ve never had a problem with these people. They are really busy and have to put up with some bad attitudes. I don’t work there but I’ve been there.

I thought it was going to be complicated but the people from the security guard till the person who is in the front desk were very nice
