Great store and helpful staff. Apply for a job they need help. MANAGEMENT is great and I may be a little biased since I worked there for 8 years. They are a great team and a FANTASTIC "chosen" family. Love this store 0448 in Panama City FL.

Every time we have went there we have had a problem and the rudest help ever tonight everybody was amazing they were above and beyond amazing and it was such a pleasant change because we were about to stop going there tonight's crew was awesome they deserve kudos and keep up the great work cuz we will definitely be back thank you

This situation happened with cashier Ms.Kristina around 4:30 in evening. Several cashiers had to get involved. Informed she was new. But even for a new employee what aggressive, nasty, attitude I received was un called for. Slamming my snickers down next to me while I go back in the line after I have to get out of line because stuff was in the wrong place. (She was told to leave the register or something when she slammed the snickers down next to me and walked away.)If I could give a zero I would.

I ordered curbside because I just had surgery and they said go to backside and they got only 2 things right out of 6 but the guy in the back was very nice .Went inside and they still have me the wrong wood twice

Every store and every business in this town has had the best customer service we have ever experienced. From fast food to Walmart. You will not get that same experience here. Very strange as to why this one store would have such bad customer service. Has to start at the top because I can tell you people are generally happy to work anywhere in this area.

So I bought a dishwasher from them. 2 days after purchase I found it at home depot for $198.00 cheaper. Lowes supposedly has a price match guarantee... I went back and they refused to price match. Kinda ridiculous but its all good. That's the last thing I'll buy there. Just go to home depot where the have good customer service. I also bought a Samsung washer and dryer with warranty. I waited 6 months for them to perform repair and they decided they didn't want to perform repair and refunded my warranty money. I have money on gift card and I can't access the money. One problem after another with this company. GO TO HOME DEPOT.
