Called to find out more information about a haircut but when she finally answered she was a little rude… stating “your two weeks behind to schedule appointment” and goes on about how she’s the best in Panama City… really disappointed on how I was spoken too when there could have been information on a website (I’f she had one) or a page stating that there needs to be a two weeks before notice with scheduled haircuts…

I could tell right away from how the phone was answered this was not going to be good. No "How can I help you today?" and NOT personable at all. I was going to come in as a new client and wanted a simple haircut but was informed they were not accepting new clients that would require hair washing; they only wash hair for established clients using their own products. This was very odd!! I wondered if I had to wash my own hair and blow dry it at home PRIOR to coming in; after I asked this, she said flatly this would cost me $50; basically feeling like she was shutting me down. Listening to her talk about her protocols, I already knew this was NOT a place I would like to spend money. This is a salon in PCB -- not Vidal Sassoon on the Gold Coast of Chicago!!! Even there, I received better service!!! Ugh....

Melissa is a true hair artists, I always come out of her salon with my hair and eyebrows looking fantastic. In addition to that, we always listen to good music and have a nice chat. She was so ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The style was exactly what I wanted, I was asked in detail each step of the way and felt confident and well taken care of. An absolute professional and master of her craft, it is no surprise she has such a clean and healthy shop, I was greeted with a smile - and shared great conversation with many laughs. She was inclusive and caring, genuine, and knew exactly how to give her styling an artistic flare uniquely hers. I will definitely be back!
