My niece had her nails done there and the service was horrible. The nail tech was rude and rushed through the nails. She cut 3 of my nieces fingers and made them bleed. The nails are lumpy and not worth the 55 dollars she was charged. Unless you want a hatchet job done on your nails don’t go here.

Unfortunate experience.
My friend and I came in to get full sets. It was her birthday and we were really excited to splurge since we normally don’t get out // get our nails done very often. They sat us across the room from each other when there was nobody else in the salon. I guess they expected us to not talk to each other because when i kept turning around to say something here and there he eventually was like “are you done” and moved his hands in the talking motion. At first i thought he was joking but he was not. The lady doing my friends nails kept cutting her and didn’t care after being told many times that she was hurting her. The color i wanted was a tannish pink color// he gave me hot pink. which whatever that could’ve been my fault but when he asked me if i liked it i said no and told him i would still pay for it and still gave him 20%. there are so many other salons that have way better customer service.. we won’t be back. The nails look decent. But not worth how we were treated.

I found this salon a couple years ago off of a recommendation and it’s still the best one. They always remember to ask how my kids are doing and it feels like they genuinely care as well as doing a great job on my mani/pedis! I’m moving Saturday out of town and so sad I have to find a new nail salon! You’ll be missed!

My husband and I got pedis this last Sunday. I could have done a better job at home and I don’t have the correct tools. I really had the same rough spots on heals that I walked in with. My husbands feet only looked oiled with his nails cut. I shouldn’t have to complete my pedi at home when I go to a spa for these services.

I hate giving a bad review because I understand sometimes things happen but this is my 4th time returning because 2 times they did great, but the last 2 times, my dip didn't last 2 weeks chipped off 4 fingers, so I went to get them fixed, I asked for the exact same color, one silver one sparkly white and purple spring color exactly as they were. Well, not even close and the purple is lumpy, and swirls of a light color. I expressed my concern and I wanted them fixed before I leave and they put reg nail polish over to try and cover the error & after an 1 1/2 it is still horrible. Then they charged me for full price for a horrible job, and nothing what I asked for. You are supposed to be a professional nail salon, and this was anything but, almost like she really didn't know how to do nails at all. Horrible experience. You can & should do better for paying customes especially when they express they aren't satisfied and can clearly notice how bad they are! You just won't be getting my money anytime soon!!

Not even gonna complain about how bad the art on my nail was because i understand sometimes it’s hard to do it but she rushed extremely on my nails didn’t try at all on them or try to console to be about them

We made an appointment in the morning for an afternoon pedi. We came on time and they had let other people sit in our time slot. They told us I had to come back another day.
We are regulars to this business.
