Husband and I stayed at this location and were pleasantly surprised. Resort was situated in a residential area with plenty of walking and bike riding trails. It was the “off season”, however there was still a good crowd. Our schedule did allow us to attend a couple of the activities at the Recreation center. The group of recreation attendants kept this fun and entertaining. A special shout out to Renea and Nadia who were there during our visits. Thank you for keeping us all in line, you are stars!Rooms: Villas were spacious and well stocked. Two bedrooms, two baths, very spacious plenty of room for families.Safety: Seemed to be very safe and we took several walks after dark. Plenty of lighting around the walking areas and parking lots.

I've stayed at many Marriotts. All of them have helpful, courteous staff but Legends is the best of all.

My family and I loved it here! My 9 month old loved the pool. Loved how quiet it was despite it being the Christmas holiday. Loved the spaciousness of the room. It was 6 adults and 1 baby and there was enough room for everyone. We enjoyed cooking a full functional Christmas dinner in the kitchen. I will definitely be booking here when im in PCB again.

Had a wonderful week here at the Marriott legends resort in Panama City, super friendly staff and tons of fun activities to do. We spent the day doing the dolphins cruise with Jennifer at adventures at Sea.got back to our room tonight and our cards were not working…. come to find out the battery in the door system had gone bad, I informed front desk and within like three minutes Bill from engineering was there fixing the door and getting us into our room. Top notch service!!!Highly recommend and plan on staying here in the future!!

Mariott Vacation Club Owner since 2006- second time stay here and a huge disappointment from first, where we had a lovely stay in a high floor -as requested. We are aware there is no beach, the rooms are large & well appointed though could have more furniture in the living room for 2Bdrm villa. Checking in- same story as our recent stay in Palm Beach Gardens- "we don't have anything above 2nd floor" ---Really?? we made our reservation over a year ago and requested high/top floor. First room overlooked the back of the restrooms at the pool- requested another option and the very nice gentleman working at the front desk offered a 3rd floor handicapped accessible room (low beds etc.) or 2nd floor in another bldg (Azalea). He was extremely helpful and- he went to look at the 3rd floor handicapped room to see if it would work- it didn't. We moved to the 2nd floor in the Azalea building which has very limited water views that are obstructed by trees and overlooks the splashpad, kids play area and ping pong tables. We are traveling with a 6 week old baby which means "checking back with us tomorrow" for something else, which was suggested- is just not practical.During check-in there were several parties with 2 & 3 night stays assigned to high/top floors which continues to be a trend in our increasingly poor Marriott Vacation Club experience- sell the vacation villas as hotel rooms for top $$ to non-owners and--- give your owners staying for an entire week, who pay your maintenance fees, the less desirable rooms. Won't be back here and continue to regret our Marriott Vacation Club purchase.Rooms: If you can- get a room above the second floor and facing the pool otherwise you can look at play equipment, trees and the back of the pool restrooms

Everyone on staff we had interaction with was very kind and helpful. Our suite was clean and had very comfortable beds. Nice views of the bay from our balcony. Loved our time there!Nearby activities: Seltzer park beach was so fun and water so clear. Also went to St Andrews State park. Awesome place!

Marriotts ledge bands edge at bay point is a condo/hotel owned by Mariott that sits on the bay in Panama City beach Florida. The rooms in this condo are very spacious and comfortable and meet the demands most mariotts will have. They have a private pool that has a small playground, some games such as cornhole, ping pong, pool and shuffle board surrounding it. The poolArea also features a full service bar and the activities area where they host things such as tie dye t shirts (my kids loved this), stuff your own animals (think build a bear), bingo, blackjack and etc. they also host cookouts at the poolside area. All items that cost money they simply charge to your room number. So no worries about carrying cash or credit cards to the pool. The pool itself is large and me and the family had a good time and enjoyed it a lot. Other features at the hotel is across the street in the main check in area they will show a nightly movie in a small theatre room. My oldest went one night to watch jaws and they were the only ones. They said the workers were super nice and even popped them popcorn and brought them snacks and drinks for free as well. They enjoyed the mini movie experience. Overall a very nice hotel and condo that is relaxing and very quiet and laid back. It's a few miles from the crazy beach life of the rest of the city but the surrounding area does have good places to shop and eat. Also st Andrews state park is super close and is probably my favorite beach to visit in the city Anyways. A small beach hack also is right behind the hotel is a pier. If you walk it it takes you to a small bar and eatery. On the backside of that bar you can go down some steps and there is a small private beach many do not know about.

We arrived after check in so our room was ready, took our luggage up to the room. The room was very nice only have 2 bedrooms they don’t have 1 bedroom units they should have kept the Blue Green Resort next door. Again, lots of room for two people, the bedrooms are nice size the beds are ok we have slept in more comfortable ones at other Marriott Resorts. Both bathrooms have lots of room master shower is large no tub there is a tub shower combo in the second bedroom. There are two doors to the patio one in the master and the other in the family room, the patio is screened and over looks the pool, golf course and the Grand Lagoon. No, there is no beach at the resort. The pool has a beach style walk in great for younger kids to play in, there is a hot tub also but it was very dirty. The pool guy didn’t start cleaning the pool until after they were open he said it was the winds faultThey call it a pool bar but they do not serve liquor, you can only get beer , wine and 2-3 mix drinks in a can. They do have a few different chips. One day they had pizza’s you could order pick them up and cook them in your unit and they do have the little shop in the check in building with a few items.********There is NO restaurant here********Overall, I don’t think we will be back to this resort for any long stays. You have to drive to a beach, there’s no restaurant within walking distance and there no liquor at the bar. There are a few really good restaurants 10 min away.Food & drinks: There is no restaurant at this location. Bar only serves beer and wine.

A fantastic small resort inside of Bay Point. The location is tucked away from the hectic beach with views of the bay. Easy going laid back area. Rooms are 2 bedrooms with full amenities and a screened in large balcony. Close to great restaurants and golf as well as many other activities.
