Last month I had my labs drawn by Kait, and I have not stopped thinking about how effortless she made something that is usually uncomfortable. She was gentle, calm, warm, and genuinely kind. The kind of person who makes you feel safe within seconds. I told her that day this is clearly her calling and that she better never leave, because talent like that is rare.
Fast forward to today. My daughter needed labs. As soon as I checked in and saw Kait, I asked the receptionist if we could please wait for her, even if it meant sitting a little longer. That is how much trust she built in one visit.
It was worth every second.
She used a butterfly needle, spoke to my daughter with patience and reassurance, and handled everything with such confidence and grace that my child walked out smiling. No tears. No fear. Just calm. As a parent, that matters more than people realize.
When I told her I specifically requested her, she responded with humility and warmth that only confirmed what I already knew. She is not just skilled. She is gifted. There is a difference.
If you have the option to request Kait, do it. I will be referring every friend and family member I can. Healthcare needs more professionals like her. She does not just draw labs. She leaves people better than she found them.”

Eliana, the only tech working that morning, handled the situation with grace, poise, calm, a smile, patience - all the good adjectives!! She not only had to perform our lab tests, but she also had to check us in and collect payments. She handled everything quickly, professionally and never got rattled! This type of customer service is not found often now and should be commended!”
