She was experiencing network issues that may have increased wait times slightly but unlike the network she was proficient and positive. “First time using this service in Walgreens. Easy online appointment setting, easy check in with convenient texting when technician is ready. Appointment was for 0930 AM and right on time. Both check in technician and phlebotomist were professional yet personable and kind. Very quickly took care of business and I was in and out in around 6 minutes. A far cry from the lab (not Labcorp) in Marianna, FL where I had to wait literally nearly 3 hours for my cousin to be seen. Thank you, ladies! Great job!”
