About Murphy USA
Murphy USA is a gas station known for having the best gas prices in this part of town. The store is very clean and some staff are incredibly friendly and provide the best service, helping customers and keeping the line moving. However, the location can be difficult to get into from certain directions. Some customers report aggravating issues, including an inability to break large bills, a lack of paper for receipts at the pumps, and water to clean windshields that smelled bad. Service experiences vary significantly.

I often visit your location at W. 23rd St in Panama City FL and the lady who usually works in the morning has to be your star employee at this store. Her name is Jackie & she is the absolute nicest person to everyone I've seen her interact with. She's a GREAT asset to your business.

Today Jackie asked me if I'd like to save money on gas by getting their app so I did and she walked me through the process and was so patient and friendly. The store was clean and fully stocked. They also have nice and clean restrooms.

Overall, not a bad gas station, has lots of potential, but is constantly closing early and outside of their normals business hours. Why not turn off the light at least? Every light on the entire property is still on, and at each pump, but you can't get gas because we're constantly closing at random hours???
