“Hello, I would like to take the time today to acknowledge the work of a Home Depot associate by the name of ‘Ereitha’.

I’ve been a frequent customer of The Home Depot store here in the Panama City Beach area and have always loved the friendly environment and demeanor of all the staff there, but for me, there’s one that always manages to stand out effortlessly by the name of ‘Ms. Ereitha’. She always has that extra care and attention to details not just with my orders be in general if you happen to see her in action.

She’s always focused, sharp and ready to assist and always manages to exceed my original expectations and always managed make my shopping experience a delight.

Today in particular, she helped cash my selections but also noticed that I had a warranted tool that I previously inquired about and was instructed to call the toll free number.
Being the one who’s always ready to help, she reviewed my receipt & the extended warranty I’ve purchased for this very occasion. She asked about the issue with the tool, then to my surprise she told me to go get the replacement and return to her. I did it promptly and in true fashion of what I’m used to, she got busy and worked her magic — then BOOM!!! new replacement tool.
(I felt like a kid on Christmas Day… it’s been a while since those days )

“Good store with nice people that will help if asked. I wish the store would let customers use the app that show you the aisle and bin numbers for products your looking for. Just an idea HD and maybe it already exists-hit me up if so.”
