Here is the story. I got up yesterday morning to start my car. I said, oh no, it is the battery. I went to the local parts store and they said, no, it is the alternator and it will cost $500. The nice gentleman sent me here because hint hint they are half price. They did another diagnostic test and found it was indeed my battery. I bought my battery and was on my way. I highly recommend this place. They are the nicest people. Support local! #850strong

Called for a quote to rebuild a starter. Tried selling a rebuilt one for $299. Rebuild it there for $250. OUCH Being we just got hung up with the manufacturer, priced at $219 brand new, trying to support a local business by calling here. We love supporting local businesses but when prices are gouged like this, come on... let's be reasonable. They are online for $83. This is ridiculous. Went from friendly to snide/rude as soon as I brought up the price gouging. Be fair with people and people will be fair with you.

I love this business. Locally owned and operated. Each time we have an issue we call them! They have us up and going extremely quick. Between my three business busses, my car, my husbands truck and my grandson's car we have always been more than pleased. They have gone above and beyond on customer service. They are the best!

I had my monte carlo brought in and it need a harmonic balancer and serpentine belt relaced. I was charged a fair price and felt he did a good job. Also he seemed to be a friendly person. I recommend there services

What a great shop to get work done at! I called one day was seen the next morning and had my part delivered that following day. The customer service that Joey provides is outsmarting and way cheaper than any other Shop for this kind of work. They have an amazing vibe and will not oversell you on stuff you don’t need. The team at PC starter and alternator did a great job for me. Warrantied an interstate battery for me and let me upgrade to a better one. I highly recommend them if you have a battery, alternator, or starter problem! Very awesome customer service!!

CUSTOMER ALERT!!!!! Let me just start by saying that I give it much thought before disclosing anything negative about a business, in that I realize it causes loss of much needed sales. Now, in saying that and after a great deal of thought, I feel that if someone had warned and made aware of Panama Alternator and Starter located in Panama City, Fl on 11th street, I would have saved over $400.00 and 8 hours of travel time going back and forth have my motor repaired, well destroyed. This DC Motor is for my windless and now I may have to buy the entire windless because finding a compatible motor has been a challenge. I took it in for brush repair and they broke the shaft which they deny. It wasn't broke before I took it in and now it is. I am not leaving this feedback out of anger, retribution, or malice of any kind. I'm simply making you aware of the bad practices of this company so you can avoid the costly mistake I made. [email protected] I took the motor in for the brushes to be repaired and they broke the shaft which was working fine for years. It broke under no stress whatsoever when I got it back and installed the motor. I am going to file a small claims case in the fourteenth judicial circuit against this company as a matter of principle. When I told the owner, Joey, that I had video of his brother hitting the motor with a hammer he insisted to see the video. I didn't show it to him in that it is evidence for the case I am filing. He said; "you don't have video, you're going to go home and video hitting the motor. " That never crossed my mind but it did show me his mindset and his way of thinking. Wow, what kind of person thinks this way? They can not continue this practice. There are other shops with integrity and and a honest work ethic to take the business to, that will be my practice from now on.
