I had been on the fence with purchasing an MX-5 for about a month, and then found the perfect one at John Lee Mazda. My Salesman Benjamin was outstanding. Zero pressure, just a relaxing deal, and great price. Happy with my trade value as well. Chris Carlington the GM, was also amazing, and very helpful. I highly recommend this dealership, if you want a hassle free buying experience. The service area looks very organized as well.

We purchased a vehicle from Jared Woods and I have to say, this was the easiest, most pleasant vehicle buying experience I've ever had. Jared was a joy to work with and very upfront and honest. He knew our budget and didnt try to push us to go over it. He listened to what I wanted and respected my wishes. I definitely hope to do business with him next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle.

Wow!! Jared helped us get our dream car today! From start to finish we had a great experience. Jared had sold my Father a car a few months ago and provided him with excellent service. So, of course, when my husband and I decided to buy a Mazda, we came back to see Jared. He is incredibly friendly, not pushy, and he is super knowledgeable about the vehicles and all of the purchase details. We bought a great car and made a friend in the process. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thanks so much Jared!!

Branson was professional, and so understanding of our situation. He had my daughter in her brand new 2024 Mazda CX5 in no time. The whole sales team and service department treated us like family. I guess now we are family!

I love this dealership!! We worked with Branson and he was the best. He was so open with us and answered all of our questions. He’s very charismatic and sweet when it comes to handling this process. Not to mention, we had to do a trade in due to my previous Mazda breaking down in Orlando and Jeff with the service team was so helpful. He was so patient and forthcoming with me and explained in detail what to expect. Absolutely recommend doing business with Mazda!!!

I brought my car in because it wasn't registering my keys therefore it wouldn't start. I had previously taken my keys to a key master to have them checked they are both working fine. The mechanic told me I need to buy a new key because he doesn't know what the problem is and that's just somewhere to start. They key isn't the problem and buying a new one isn't in my budget. The problem is somewhere inside the car they refuse to listen to anything I told them. Jeff (a mechanic representative) rudely told me that I could get a tow truck and get my car out of there, they will no longer be diagnosing my car. All because I told him I wasn't paying for a new key due to that not being the problem. I did indeed take my car somewhere else (Gem mazda in Tallahassee Fl) and they have done and amazing job. I DO NOT recommend John Lee Mazda to anyone

Let me start by saying- I don’t typically leave reviews, especially bad ones… But I do not plan to return to John Lee Mazda because of Jeff in the service department. I have never met a more rude individual to be quite honest. The first time I wrote it off as him having a bad day, but this was the second time I’ve had a negative interaction with him. I understand that policies change and things come down from corporate, but this man BERATED me for HAVING an appointment one of the last times I came in and now this time I got berated for not having an appointment. In the past, I’ve tried for days making appointments on their website- Never to get a response. Anyway, Jeff basically told me tough luck after I drove 30+ min to get there. My husband goes exclusively to GM for service and even they will “fit you in” if you don’t have an appointment. Again, policies change. That’s fine. I wasn’t aware of it, but it was how Jeff went about it. I frequently go to Tallahassee so I will exclusively be going to Gem Mazda in Tallahassee for service from now and will more than likely being trading in my car and buying a CX-90 there. They’re actually hospitable and treat with you respect there and don’t talk to like you’re an invalid for simply not knowing a corporate policy changed and you don’t have any appointment. This place can send me daily e-mails about my car’s trade in value, but not an e-mail about a policy change requiring appointments. Panama City Mazda, you lost a customer of 6+ years because of patronizing Jeff in the service department.

I recently purchased a 2024 Mazda CX90. I literally went into the dealership to test drive and browse and ended up leaving the same day with my car. On a SATURDAY. Syntreka made my new vehicle purchase a very pleasant experience. She helped secure the vehicle that I wanted, kept me updated, was very transparent and explained everything clearly. I would recommend and trust her to be your favorite salesperson! My car was a “demo” so it had been driven for a few weeks and during that time a rim and tire were curbed. Syntreka made sure that both the will and tire were replaced at no cost to me. Which I greatly appreciated. All staff that I had interaction with were very kind and professional. Highly recommend John Lee Mazda.

I was recently shopping for a used car, and there was a particular used car at John Lee Mazda I was interested in checking out. I sent an online inquiry and Kimberly responded almost immediately with a phone call and a personalized video sent via text. Then sales rep Greg followed up just minutes after that with another personalized video tour of the car. When I went in to look at the car and test drive it, Greg was waiting for us with the car. The test drive experience with Greg was very pleasant and informative as he patiently answered all my questions. I heartily recommend Greg at John Lee Mazda as a sales rep who is personable, informative, and very pleasant to deal with.

I recently purchased a brand new 2023 Mazda CX-5 that I absolutely love. I worked with Branson and Jared and they made the whole process smooth and painless. This is my first vehicle I’ve purchased going to a dealership as a solo woman and they were extremely helpful and made me feel confident and informed through the whole process. There was no pushiness or shadiness which I originally worried about. Definitely 5 star service and vehicles. Highly recommend!

Syntreka, the sales lady was so sweet! She come out to see if we wanted to look over the vehicle, then said I'll leave you to look. If you have any questions please let me know. I would recommend her to anyone! The whole staff was wonderful! We loved the service of all the staff. She even helped us set up our phones before we left. She also went over all the details of the vehicle.

We had a great experience shopping for our new Mazda. Greg was both helpful and knowledgeable, and he took the time to show us all the features of the car. He remained in contact with us without being pushy. He also took charge of getting the vehicle cleaned up and ready for us while we were taking care of the financials, so we wouldn't have to wait. We are very happy with the car and the overall experience.
