I ordered food from them and got food poising this morning. I called to speak to the manager who refused to speak to me. Gave me corporates number as it didn’t help since they are closed today. I tried to call them back and they keep declining my calls. I asked for a refund and they told me that corporate would have to handle that. They stated they do not offer refund unless it’s within the same day. I was NOT going to make it a big issue but the Assistant Manager Haiti/Heidi could have done her job to answer the phone instead of making the cashier do the talking. This is my 2nd time eating here & I will NEVER AGAIN! Talked to my brother and he got food poisoning from them on Tuesday and that was the only thing he ate that day too. ATP they know they are giving food poisoning because the manager didn’t even address me in the phone, but immediately was like call corporate. I’m going to call somebody but it will be higher than corporate.

You open at 10:00 why am I waiting 30 min for you to cook chicken when you knew you was gonna have customers at 10:00 when you open?! I get food takes time to cook but what are you serving your customers at 10:00 if nothing is ready yet?

The service here was Trash af ngl..mans was rude ngl and bruh forgot that sauce, you know! Bruh made me feel like when my dad asked me to hold that flashlight.. unwanted and a disappointment ong ngl. Food was mid, manz was trash… do better panda! Much love

Well everyone I am not big into Chinese food but this is my first time physically trying this place as a whole and this location since I am originally from Metro Atlanta area of Georgia where there are several locations of this place and this place was delicious love the orange chicken, rice, and fortunate cookies, definitely will be back! ??

I dont even know how to start this review.I get there, at 6 PM, on a Monday night. I order my usual, a bowl and a plate. When I go to pick my entrees, I realize that the stoves arent on and nothing is cooking, unlike when i usually get there and everything is in full swing. People are cleaning the stove vents and wiping down counters. I ask, “Are you guys not cooking anymore?” The guy taking my order looks at me and says “We are out of ingredients.” I respond, saying “Youre…out of ingredients?” With hours until they close, and a full lobby, they ‘ran out of ingredients’. After that, i am at a loss for words. I understand that it CAN happen. I highly doubt that it could happen on a Monday night.

Received some pretty horrible quality food here recently. I will not be returning. I pretty much wasted my money ordering here. If my food was freshly made, maybe it would’ve been better.

Sitting and waiting to receive the doordash that I see just sitting on the counter, already gave the name but they more worried about this takeout.....unassigned and not worried about them 9 dollars...management need to do better about the employees customer service

Normally I don't leave reviews but I do when it's terrible or great in this case it is horrible ?? and I'm sad but 1st I found hair in my food 2nd food not good at all 3rd my grandma ordered a walnut shrimp with noodles and got no noodles she also ordered a side dish of veggies and got to the window and had to tell them that we ordered that to get it. I would leave a 0 star review if I could. DONT GO

Trying to order I have no way to pick up my food because I am in a wheelchair and the manager said I need to come pick it up. I have no way to pick it up. I am in a wheel chair. It went through the mobile ordering on accident and now refusing a refund.
