“The girls in the back in the grooming department are wonderful! I took my fiesty dachshund in for a nail trim today, and they were so patient with her. My dachshund doesn't like having nail trims, and she is very vocal about it. The lady who worked with my Sadie today deserves a raise! Love this place!”

She was incredible from helping us match the perfect puppy with our household to making sure we knew everything and had everything needed. Samson's (was George) transition to our home couldn't have been any smoother thanks to Tami. This is quite significant becaues he came to a family with a 4 year old child. He is completely house trained, happy, healthy, playful, cuddely, and the smart little guy already knows how to sit.”
“My husband and daughter bought a tank and some cute fishies this past weekend and we are all loving it! The owner was so helpful and to the point about everything. You can tell they really care. He was going tank by tank and scrubbing with a tooth brush while he talked to us. Kind of like going to the zoo so many animals! Very cool experience and can’t wait to support the business more!
Only thing, I wish they had a sign out front, even a tarpe sign would be great! Get more foot traffic too I bet!

“Pet Supermarket in Panama City has become my go-to pet store because I can always count on them. I have a wide variety of animals and they consistently help me find the supplies, food, and advice I need to care for all of them.
The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Sometimes they are busy and you may have to wait a little, but it is never because they are not working hard or doing their job. They are simply helping other customers and making sure everyone gets the support they need.
I also really appreciate that they support the military and local pet charities and rescues. It means a lot to shop somewhere that cares about both the community and the animals in it. I highly recommend this location.”

“Love the concept of the store and supporting our local animals but a reminder, even if any electronics have a “tested” sticker, you should still test it yourself since there are no returns. Unfortunately my item does not work but hopefully it’s a cheap fix.”
“No bugs and no crawly critters so my wife was happy. They have kittens!
As of 03/26/2026 the road up to it has been turned into a dirt road. Word is that it will be paved soon.”

“The people at Earthwose are sooo nice and helpful. Just tell them your need, and they will walk around the store and show you & explain products to you. They won’t pressure you to buy something. I keep going back for my pets’ food and other needs.”
