I recommend this place to anyone!! I felt bad getting there right before closing but Miss Kelly was tremendously helpful! She took the time to show me several units to compare sizes and made the entire process quick and easy. Definitely my number one choice from now on!

Miss Kelly was awesome!! She found my information quickly and got me signed up in minutes. With there being 3 other customers in the office at the time it was a true relief to feel welcomed and well informed! She did very well at making sure all of us had what we needed before we left the office. The property appears well kept for outdoor units, and the prices are absolutely astonishing!

I’ve been paying for my storage unit here for over two years with no issues—until now. I went in this weekend and was shocked to find shells all over my holiday decorations and mouse droppings on everything. I had to pull everything out, and unfortunately, about 90% of my belongings went straight to the dumpster. Absolutely heartbreaking. I do not recommend this place at all. There should be better pest control and accountability for customers who trust their valuables will be safe.

They helped my parents move into a couple of units just in time for the moving truck. Me and my husband were very grateful for their patience. They worked with my parents to get side by side units for us and the easiest accessible location. I would recommend to anyone moving from out of state to come here!

Reserved a unit online and the attending staff member when I checked in was very friendly and forthcoming with all of the information pertaining to my rental journey. Clean and centrally located, great prices and friendly staff. Will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

I’ve been renting 2 units from SROA since February of 2025. I am constantly having issues with my unit door coming off the tracks and making my unit inaccessible and inoperable. I cannot even make the shed door line up enough with the frame to lock my unit so it went unsecured for X amount of time it took them to “fix” the door. To make matters worse, the front gate to the “locked” property is always broken and hanging wide open for anyone to access the units at this facility. The first time the door broke, it was fixed promptly. Within a week. The second time it broke, it remained broken for weeks even after I submitted a work order, and was only fixed when I stopped paying on the shed because it wasn’t being secured, and the management decided to come red lock my unit… to do that they had to fix the door obviously so I’m glad that finally happened. It’s sad it took me stopping payments for the issue to be resolved. Now my new issue is, I paid on the shed the day after the door got fixed when it got red locked and that was last week. I paid in full. Now I’m sitting outside of my shed this morning at 8:30 still staring at a red locked on my unit which is to no surprise by me…. Still inaccessible. Management doesn’t get here until 9:30 so I’m stuck sitting on this property trying to get my possessions with things to do today before I go to work and i can’t. That’s what making over a $200 payment gets me I guess. It gets my door finally fixed but still leaves me without access to my belongings. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Can’t wait to get my things the hell off this property!!
