Terrible, they get one star because zero is not an option. I brought a new computer in that was used for about 15 minutes, to reload Windows error. They had it for a week and never even looked at it. Thier comment on the way out the door, "it was the hard drive" lol without even looking at it or attempting repair.

They've never done me wrong.The only problem here is that you may get mowed down by someone tearing out of the school board parking lot.

I'd previously taken my computer to two other shops to have it repaired and an additional DVD-CD deck installed in the expansion bay. One of the techs was clueless and the other couldn't figure out what was wrong, either. RC Computers was able to repair my machine and install the DVD-CD deck!

I took my HP desktop computer in because it was making a noise like a program was running in the background and then would become very slow and sluggish. The price was typical, I think around $90, but when I picked it up and took it home, I discovered that they had deleted my McAfee Internet Anti-virus program which was paid up for another several months and had deleted one of my transcription programs, as well as said they had installed Malwarebytes to clean up any malware/adware but I already had the premium version installed on my computer when I initially took it in. I was very unhappy and it caused me a lot of work to get my computer back to where I could do my work on it. I later took it to Fastlane Computers and it turned out to simply be that my computer needed a new fan. Duh!

Used this company for years. Saved my old, favorite computer very inexpensively, after an Office Max tech said it was toast and to throw it away! Fair, fast and affordable.

While customer service appeared helpful telling me a CPU for sale would upgrade to windows 10...I bought it. And it won't upgrade. They lied! I do not recommend this place.
