Hope was phenomenal when I went on Monday to deposit money in my brothers account. I had my furbabies with me and not once at any bank here in town have I ever received treats for my 4 legged kids. It was thoughtful and sweet! She’s a keeper with that bright smile! And the dogs agree!

My son has an account that I signed with him to open when he was 17. He uses to deposit his payroll check from a very established local business. He usually goes to Callaway but this time he went to 23rd St. Before depositing his check he wanted to ask why they are putting a hold on it. The boy that was behind the counter was VERY RUDE to him and would not let him speak. Ling story short, he took his check and left. We will be going elsewhere

There is a Puerto Rican who works there. I had to give him my personal information in the hallway. He is resistant. He speaks Spanish like all the clients who go. It is the largest bank in that area. People like him should not be there. What a shame, when I told the operator about it. Customer service is upset that there is a lack of respect and even more so having to give your social security something, person, that man's name I think is Diego Torres. I think what a shame for Puerto Ricans

If I could give it zero I would. Went with my friend to handle some transactions that didn't make sense and the whole time this man was talking to my friend like she was stupid and was horrible to her. She walked out crying. If your customer service is like this you need to hire new people. Absolutely horrible and if I wasn't a sane human I would of punched him in the face. Do better regions

New updated 7/8/23 still no atms work in 4 locations visited. I own a big biz here and produce over a million each year and they will lose a customer after 10 years. Terrible service.

I went in today with my disabled Father to get a Power of Attorney document notarized. We are both long time customers of over 25 years. They would not allow us to use the employees as witnesses saying it was a liability issue. We have to bring witnesses with us.When I called to make sure we did not need an appt I was not told this. It is very obviously difficult for my father to get out hence the POA. Very disappointed in Regions.

I OPEN AN ACCOUNT IN THIS BANK WAS THE WORST THING I DID YESTERDAY DEPOSIT A CHECK AND THEY TOLD ME THAT TODAY MY FUNDS WOULD BE AVAILABLE AND FOR MY SURPRISE I WILL PAY MY CAR AND NOOOO THERE FUNDS I CALL AN THEY SAID ON THE 14TH OF JANUARY MY FUNDS GONNA BE ABLE TOMORROW THEY WILL TAKE MY CAR FROM ME IF I DON'T PAY ... AND ALL THANKS TO THE REGIONS BANKS AND REGIONS BANK DO COMMENT THIS POST BECUASE I NEVER GONNA SEND YOU A EMAIL IF YOU NO RESOLVE FIRST THE PROBLEM OR YOU GONNA PAY MY CAR

If you don't bank there the ATM will charge you 6.50$ to pull out money which is extremely over priced

I’ve been a Regions customer since they were Amsouth, which is approximately 25 years at this point. I am soooo tired of being harassed at the drive through because the tellers don’t understand how a calculator works. They are rude and apparently it puts them out to accept my deposits twice a week. It’s a huge pain to change banks because I have approximately 8 accounts including business and personal. But guess what, I’m sick of the poor customer service and this is the last straw. Good luck Regions! You’re fired!

Ok, I have never been charged a fee for cashing a check written from there bank. Because I am not a customer ! Are they that desperate . I mean the person that gave me the check banks there . So I send my cousin to cash it . I mean I have never had this problem before . And believe me they wanted that 5 dollars ! I would never bank with them. Hope that 5 dollars was worth it ! And they can say every bank here does it and I say bill! I have no problem cashing checks at any other bank personal or not and never have they asked me for 5 bucks . Instead they ask me to consider banking with them . Shame on you regents !

On 23rd street employees are very polite, very helpful. I would say they r the best in customer service. Just because of people who works there I like to go there.
