Want a stress free opportunity to browse an RV lot without being harassed? Ask for Nick Harris when you get to RV Connections in Panama City. He will shuttle you to the lot and remain if you want him to stay with you or he will go back to the dealership and leave you to browse, research and take notes without interfering. In short, Nick was there when I needed him and not when I didn’t. He educated me on the process from start to finish and even continues to assist after the sale. Nick is the reason I now own a Brinkley! I highly recommend you find Nick if you’re interested in purchasing an RV from RV Connections! Thanks Nick!

Matthew was our sales person, found us exactly what we're looking for, showed us several options, and never pushy, none of the staff there are pushy. Steve the assistant sales mgr hooked us up! Literally! (we had left our hitch in another vehicle and he got us a killer price on a new one!) If you ever need anything, Micheal in service helped us out too
These guys are the best in town. Definitely be back here for our next camper!!!!

June 2025 we drove 5 hours to RV Connections in Panama FL to purchase a Keystone Camper. During the delivery walkthrough there were several small damaged areas on various pieces of trims that appeared to of happen during other showings on the lot, but the tear in the fabric trim for the loft was the only thing we were concerned with. Chuck, who did our walkthrough, noted this on the RV Connections Orientation paper work documenting the tear, only with the other items, and said they would order a new one, easy fix. Chuck said once the part comes in from Keystone he would mail it to us. After some time I reach out to Chuck and asked about the status of the replacement trim. Chuck said Keystone sent the wrong part and they had to send it back and “reorder” the correct one. After some more time, I reached back out to Chuck and he stated they were still waiting for it to arrive. After some more time, I decided to reach out to the Keystone Customer Service line to inquire about the shipping date of the trim piece for our Camper since Chuck assured us it was ordered but the arrival was unknown. After explaining the situation, the Keystone Rep looked up our unit by the VIN and said there has not been any parts ordered attached to the VIN I supplied. I then reach back out to Chuck and provided him with this information I learned from Keystone and he said he would have to get with “the guy” who orders the parts and let me know. After not hearing back from Chuck, I once again reached out, here we are in December 2025, and asked Chuck for an update. Chuck stated he has my number written down in red and he is still waiting on the trim and he would get back with me. As of today’s date, I have not heard back from Chuck. June 2025 till December 2025 and the part is MIA still. Very disappointed in how this one part can’t be replaced by the dealer where the unit received damage on there lot during showings. Since the unit received the damaged / worn parts while for sale on a dealer lot, it is not a Keystone Warranty Item since it’s not a manufacture defect.

We decided to sell our Tiffin Phaeton that we had purchased new a few years ago. I called the owner and discussed the process. After being impressed on the phone, I decided to take the trip to Panama City to meet with them in person. I was very impressed with the entire operation. After meeting with CO in person , he made me an offer to purchase outright which I accepted. Both Neil and CO were a pleasure to deal with. Very worthwhile trip!

I have always had good experiences from shopping in the store to having services done on the motor coach to dealing with the GM CO England. Everything is always handled no matter how big or small.

Great experience start to finish! My outfitter was Shaun Baker and we had been talking for months. When we finally met he showed me several units that fit my needs. They even had a technician help us load a 5th wheel on my truck see how it handled the load. While I ended up with a nice travel trailer. The service and patience that I was shown was exemplary. They fed Osa (my dog) treats and put up with all
of my questions. I highly recommend camping with these folks! 10/10

I love the parts department. I’m always there checking out stuff and buying stuff because I maintain my RV to factory specifications. They are very helpful in the parts department. I just wish there was a military discount because it gets pretty expensive.

I think the number one thing for me, when looking for our
RV, was that they were more interested in what was right for us rather than just what they wanted to sell us. We have been treated well after the sell too. Thank you RV Connections.

I want to thank you again for the great sales and service we received from y'all. We love our new alliance benchmark destination camper. Special thanks to Austin for delivering, leveling and setting up the camper. The service department, Paul n Cody were very patient with my husband and his endless questions. As a retired military spouse this type of sales and service is what this country needs. Thank you and God bless y'all.
