They wrapped large artwork and furniture and took great care in moving everything and placing and putting back together furniture which needed to be broken down prior to transport.

“Wow! I may have found the best storage facility there is. I subscribed to a 10 by 30 ft storage locker and moved all of my belongings from New York at 10:00 p.m. last night. The process was simple and with the instructions left for me I entered their facility and was able to unload all of my things, even though there was no one there to receive me. It took us 3 hours to unload my truck and the men that were helping me were able to enter and complete my move.
I even have a light in my locker!
Now obviously we are just beginning our relationship with CubeSmart however I am very impressed with this company so far!!”

“Hard working people. Went into the office to rent a car dolly to move my jeep across town to store at a friends house for a couple of months. Waited for about 5 minutes for someone to come in and help me, which is not a problem, because this place is huge! Met with Blake and told him what I needed. He printed off paperwork went over the important info and I was off to see Caleb to hitch up the trailer. Caleb was working on cleaning and fixing other trucks, so needless to say he was working hard. Told me to pull around and he would hitch me up. When doing a light check he fixed one of my terminals on my wiring and lights worked. Had to have the trailer back by 5 pm and literally got there at 5 anticipating the gate to be closed, but Blake was still there helping people as they were turning in trailers and trucks. Definitely go back and support this business.”
“Fairly reasonable for pricing and availability, but the overall conditions of the units are subpar... You will basically have what you're paying for, but conditionally, i.e. no units are offered a climate controlled asset, no units are inside the facility, and as for the facility itself, there's never anyone who is on-site and available to help with services and general customer support... BUT, like I mentioned, this company is fair. I have rented a unit from them twice in the last few years, and apart from the downsides of looks and lacking of, they consider hardships to be taken wholeheartedly and they will cooperate their policies to make your life easier-- no matter what. Communication does go a long ways to keep stability of both sides in the situation.
