“Our first time renting here, and the entire process was super easy from opening online, to getting help from Andrew inside. He walked us to our storage unit, and went as far as showing us different way to navigate getting to the unit. He made sure no question was left unanswered or any concerns not addressed. The unit itself was easily accessible, very clean, and already had a lock waiting in the unit for us! I highly recommend not only USA storage, but also if you have any questions, or concerns Andrew is you go to!”
“The staff is anlways super helpful and friendly. The facility is great. Always really clean inside. The one thing that’s ridiculous is the owner keeps raising the rent even in this market just because they can. Maybe they should think about giving the long-term customers a better discount or customers that have multiple units a little better discount just for showing their support. They do give a military discount, which is great that does help. But they still have raised the rent up about 20% just in a couple of years.”
“The office is run remotely, but it was a very quick, easy process to get a unit. The owner was very pleasant. They have a maintenance man on the premises if you need assistance. I couldn't be happier.”

“Hard working people. Went into the office to rent a car dolly to move my jeep across town to store at a friends house for a couple of months. Waited for about 5 minutes for someone to come in and help me, which is not a problem, because this place is huge! Met with Blake and told him what I needed. He printed off paperwork went over the important info and I was off to see Caleb to hitch up the trailer. Caleb was working on cleaning and fixing other trucks, so needless to say he was working hard. Told me to pull around and he would hitch me up. When doing a light check he fixed one of my terminals on my wiring and lights worked. Had to have the trailer back by 5 pm and literally got there at 5 anticipating the gate to be closed, but Blake was still there helping people as they were turning in trailers and trucks. Definitely go back and support this business.”

“I was able to call on the and get someone right away. The application process was easy and I was in my new storage unit in under 30 minutes. The unit came with a brand new lock, unopened. The unit was clean and in like new condition. The only down side so far is the exit gates is broken in the open position from what look like someone had hit it with a truck.”

“Moved from a second floor apartment to a larger second floor apartment, in the middle of August during a heat wave. Thomas & John did such a fantastic job handling our furniture and boxes with care and didn‘t once complain about all the stairs in this heat. They had us moved in less than 6 hours and were such a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use Summit in the future if we need moving services, and will recommend to our friends and family! Fantastic experience, and the price for 5.25 was extremely fair!”
