priscilla is the absolute BEST!!! she helped my husband for at LEAST 30 minutes and then was very patient with my daughter and my daughter had to pose in her new shoes for her a good bit LOL. 5 stars from us.š„°

I used to like this store better than the other one. Mainly because I always felt welcomed. It used to be a friendly environment, but yesterday experience was awful. Usually Iām greeted when I enter the store, but yesterday I wasnāt greeted. When I found the shoes I wanted, I stood a the counter for maybe two minutes before sale associate make it the counter. No he wasnāt assisting another customer. When he saw me standing at the counter, he didnāt say Iāll be right there or apologize for me having to wait. When I made my purchase when he said thank you, it felt forced. I didnāt feel welcome at all. He wasnāt friendly or asked the usual questions of did you find everything okay, just nothing but a sour face. Not trying to play the race card, it felt like he didnāt treat me with respect because of my race. Maybe Iām wrong and heās just a jerk. Please do better Iām a loyal customer and has been for years.

If I could give 0 stars I would, my husband baby and I came in to look for gym shoes, I BOUGHT a pair of socks for my daughter to try to get her shoes to stay on and the socks didnāt work, so I had a question on how to get my childās hey dudes to stay on her feet and asked MS KAREN at the front desk. She told me how to possibly get them to stay on and then I decided to walk outside with the baby and wait for my husband to get done. As I was walking out the door, MS KAREN yelled āhey you canāt go out with thoseā, I politely said āoh maāam we got these down the road theyāre not from hereā and as soon as I got outside my husband witnessed MS KAREN run to the back wall and start checking ALL the hey dude boxes in the size she was in, so my husband asked me to bring in the box and receipt in because for some reason, even though my daughter walked in the door with the shoes on, they thought I stole them. Now mind you we had just bought them at the shoe carnival and thankfully still had the receipt in our vehicle. So my husband showed the younger (sweetheart btw) girl that was still at the counter and she thanked him and proceeded to say that MS KAREN had scared off MULTIPLE people today because of her attitude towards them. I honestly think the way she acted was way out of pocket and rude. If a manager could PLEASE reach out to me I would love to talk to them because this was an absolutely ridiculous encounter and me nor my husband will be back to this store until somebody talks to MS KAREN. I didn't find what I needed but the sales associate greeted me upon arrival, let me browse and helped me try to find a shoe I was needing. Everything was clean and well organized.

Me and my friend went in and an associate kept following us around as if we were doing something wrong, they didnāt say anything to us when we walked in and didnāt offer us any help

We were out riding around looking for shoe stores to buy my daughter some new tennis shoes and Shoe Department Encore was the first store we saw. It's an ok shoe store, but it was expensive; even the marked down prices. But luckily we were able to find the shoes we needed. There wasn't anyone working on the sales floor, so it did take us a while to find the shoes we needed.

Three associates in the store maybe three customers total - no one offered assistance or said āwelcomeā both standing up front. I went up asked for help. Still waiting. Going to head to Skechers if no help. Would give zero stars if I could.

I had the worst exchange ever some people is not meant to work front counter.. thanks to the tall skin manager if she a manager. I couldn't get her name cause I was so shock about what she said.. she did the exchange, she got my information. So I telling her sorry bout that. Cause I lost my receipt and I was thankful for her doing the exchange for me. I tell her thanks and have a great day! This lady tell me...I know. I couldn't do nothing be look at her. People are so RUDE. Not my 1st time but it will be my last time going there. People skills is everything.

I would like to say that Tyson was extremely helpful, friendly and amazing! Best customer service ever!! Honestly he deserves a raise, promotion and lunch!!!! I was in desperate need for a work shoes and he never stopped until I found one to my liking. He also greeted me as I entered. Excellent service!!!!
