Storage King off Star Ave. has been the absolute best customer service I have ever received! Over a three year period we had to make multiple changes to our unit, transferring family and payment responsibilities, extending the rental, downsizing the unit, and throughout Jeremy has been helpful and extremely responsive! I highly recommend this facility all because of Jeremy and his excellent customer service!

i loved this place. they have great services there drinking water inside and there are bathrooms .the place is cool inside i loved yhe service provided by the employees there. i thank the person in charge there for his way of making an effort to help.

Update: I came in to upgrade my unit I have been here for quite a while now, I don’t always have time to check my unit but I have never had any issues with anything! Absolutely love the employee here I’ve only ever met Jeremy but he is really helpful always friendly and keeps the building, and property beautiful I’m still a 10 out of 10 customer 🤗🤗🤗!!!
I reserved a unit a few days ago I was actually looking at a few different options. I went up today to look at the unit and decided to go with storage kings there are a few reasons why! First the person I spoke with I believe his name was Jeremy was very nice he had no problems showing me any units I wanted to see but I was happy with the one I chose and he also was pushy trying to get me to upgrade or get into something I didn’t want he was very helpful with the entire process. I definitely recommend easily accessible, upgraded security and easy entrance features that come with your unit. I am very happy with my decision! I just wish I chose them first because now I have to move everything😂! 10 out of 10

Jeremy was very welcoming and knowledgeable about each unit! I truly enjoyed touring this facility and the entire process of getting a storage unit. I would highly recommend anyone utilize this facility if they are considering a storage unit.

Jeremy is so amazing and was Super helpful! He was calling me to get me squared away within minutes of my online rental and waiting outside to greet me by name upon my arrival! I received a site tour and was able to get in right away. So thankful to have stumbled across this gem as soon as I was in need of a storage unit!

From the moment I walked through the door the Property Manager, Jeremy, was so very kind and helpful! He took the time and patience to help me find the unit that worked best for me, which I greatly appreciated. He was also thorough when it came to filling out the contract which made it seamless. It’s been a few months now and I have continually noticed how clean and secure the facility is. I feel safe when checking in and know my belongings are secure here. I would be more than happy to refer anyone to Storage King. Thank you!
