Great service, and a very verrry wide range of boots and great prices! I described my foot pain to the lady helping me and she suggested a pair of soles, I got them, put them in my new boots before work and it felt like I had broken those boots in already and my feet had so much comfort. 10/10 recommend! They're all very knowledgeable and will get you exactly what you need!

One of the best boot stores around! Not filled with clothes and all sorts of other knick knacks but rather just about nothing but boots! Some other leather items such as belts and purses, but it's boots boots boots stacked to the ceiling. They let me order two pairs of boots because I wasn't sure which one I wanted, I only kept one pair and they didn't mind it all.

I’ve bought a dozen boots here. That ceased the moment I was spoken to like I was stupid. I bought a pair of redwings that They fit me in. They are too small. After stretching them I am selling them for so much less than what I paid. I went into there and they were so passive aggressive I got so mad. I was Chastised for the steps I took to make them fit. They judge you so fast when you tell them what steps you’ve taken to make the expensive boots fit. I can’t ever recall giving them permission to speak to me that way in the store in front of other customers.

Went in this afternoon, and I can’t give them enough praise ! Took the time to measure, and help my son find the perfect pair of boots. If I could give more stars, I would. My son even said how helpful and nice they were . My son was very impressed with their customer service . If you need boots or just want to look would definitely suggest That Boot store !!!

Great stop to purchase some western wear. We went looking for a nice duster but ended up purchasing a bolo and belt buckle. Nice customer service during our busy holiday trip. Hope all stayed safe during the recent torrential storms. Many blessings for the New Year!
