I had finally bought us a new dishwasher, in a Black Friday sale from a big box store. Over the month, they lost my order, brought a broken machine and misplaced the return order. Said they'd have a new one in 2-3 more weeks. I canceled the whole mess. On a hunch, I called Appliance Center in downtown PC at 3:00 Friday afternoon, of New Years weekend. The voicemail said they'd be open Tuesday so I left a message.Imagine my shock when Bob Hurst, the owner, called me Saturday morning! I told him exactly what I wanted and he said he thought they had it in stock. But he was at home, so he called his son and asked him to run by the store. Bob called me back later that afternoon and said they could install it Tuesday; and it was done as promised ... for $100 less than the big box. That's what I call customer service.

Home Depot dropped the ball on our washer and dryer but I ordered one from appliance center in a panic and they delivered the same day and saved a week rental on our condo

From sale to delivery as always my experience with our local Appliance Center is great. Ty and couldnt remember other young man delivered our new refrigerator. Professional, nice, and so careful. Such a better experience than delivery through a box store. Always support our smaller local business. Very pleased.

I called the The Appliance Center needing a new refrigerator ASAP. I spoke with Bob, who was very helpful in determining what I needed and scheduling delivery the same day. William delivered the fridge that evening and was very good about communicating with me before and after installation. All was very efficient and professional. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

The best, if good old-fashioned customer service is important to you. I dealt with Bob, he took an honest personal interest in my situation, and they fixed me up with courteous professionalism. Hunter and Trey did an excellent job with the delivery, even asked for a broom to sweep out my kitchen. Good people, good products, fair prices. I am a very satisfied customer , and will never look anywhere else for appliances or service. Thank you so much.

We purchased 3 appliances from them in 2021. Had problems and they were EXTREMELY difficult to get to return.Now 1 year later we have a problem with the refrig. Called 4 times in 6 days without one reply.Not worth buying from them. The customer service is non-existent.I should have bought from Home Depot or Lowes but I was trying to support the mom pop shops. VERY SORRY

Just got my new dishwasher installed, and I love it! This transaction with The Appliance Center was done remotely. I called on Tuesday, and was washing my first load Friday of the same week. The installer did an excellent job. Like a surgeon, he replaced the old one without even a smudge on my hardwood floors. Thank you The Appliance Center!

We purchased a stove, dishwasher and ice machine from The Appliance Center in PCB. All 3 are backed by a 5 year warranty. I have been trying to contact them since last November to fix the Oven and they have yet to fix the issue. I called the warranty company and they have no record of the warranty I purchased through The Appliance Center. The ice machine leaked all over our hardwood floors and into our garage below. Now, both the stove and dishwasher need repairs and I still cannot get any help from them. Rick, the service guy does not respond to texts or calls. The business does not respond to emails, so I called yesterday (again) and the rep said Mark the owner was at lunch and could not be bothered. At this point, all I can do is try to help others by avoiding them. Hope this helps.I wanted to make an update that The Appliance Center was able to resolve the issues we have had and I am satisfied. Thank you.

Call The appliance center probably 10 times trying to get somebody on the phone or get somebody to call me back. Finally, I went in and they told me that they would take care of it. Turns out they forgot again so I had to call another 10 times with no answer no call back and went in again. This has been over the course of a month. I finally got it scheduled and they fixed one problem and said they had an order apart for another and that had been over a month ago. Just got a call back saying they forgot to order the part. If you're looking for reliability this is not the company to go with.

Great and friendly service! Delivery was quicker than the big box stores. If you have issues, it is easy toget a person on the phone. My washer broke. I got a Speed Queen and it was delivered the very next day!

I had a technician from the Appliance Center come out to repair my Speed Queen washer, it banging during the spin cycle. The technician could not figure out how to repair it. He taped the hose down then told me he would call me after I ran a load of clothes. I asked him if it did not fix the problem what was my next step. I was told he would return. He never called back and he did not fix the washer but collected $195. I called the Applicance Center to complain and the women I spoke to was helpful and said they were ordering a part that would be delivered in a week. It has been 3 weeks and no one has returned my calls. I have called everyday and I only get a voicemail and no return calls. I have bought many appliances from Appliance Center and have never had this problem before. I understand the work shortage but 2 weeks is a bit much to not get a return call.
