“I have lived all over and traveled all over and have learned to appreciate a good set of tires throughout my life but even more so a reliable place to buy the tires where they care about the work they do. I have dealt with countless mishaps and broken tpms sensors over the years and I am tired of it, and I bought my previous set from a big box store and never felt they were right. I’m also looking for a very specific tire where I tried a couple other places and they wouldn’t even bother to look and see if they could order anything even close. So in my search for someone who cared enough to even pretend to try to look for said tires and reading a few reviews I ran across Bay Town Tires, they seemed to be a smaller shop and it is close to my house so I figured it’s at least worth checking.
After that it just turned into one of those moments where I caught myself standing there thinking “this is the place to buy tires, I was supposed to come here”.
Not only did he find the tires (they are popular in other areas and sometime hard to find) he also gave me a great time frame of only a few days. It turns out the tires come in the next day and he called me and said bring it on in and he had me taken care of and out the door in less than an our and the price was absolutely more than fair for the tires I got and the way above average service I received. Driving away from Bay Town with a new set of Falken Wildpeak AT4Ws is the best my car has ever handled and and farther concludes my suspicion that the big box store that previously did it pulled some sort of shenanigans besides breaking a couple of lugs and tpms censors. (I have a full story about that and should probably put a review up for the place I got them, it’s probably a cousin of Pam’s Club or something like that….)
Long story short, if you need tires in the bay county area I cannot recommend Bay Town Tires enough! Great service, great price, fast, cares about the work they do, and didn’t try to sell me what I didn’t need, he wanted me to leave with a smile, and I did!
Ps: I also want to add that I was helping my older neighbor fix her lawnmower and the wheel wouldn’t hold air and I brought it to him and he took care of me in no time at all. This is the place if you want a good set of tires and you value your ride (and wallet) and like to take care of it!”
“In my 74 years, I've yet to find an auto repair shop that I TRUST more than Gagnon's. Jason & his team very professional, courteous, timely and offer fair pricing. They also don't repair or replace items ( like dealer & other repair shops do) that don't need to be. Great work Jason! Thank you!”

My father and brother had both recommended going to Corner Tire Store, so I decided to give them a try since they were nearby. They had the new tire mounted and balanced and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes after I walked in. They gave me a good price with excellent service. “My son visited Pops Tires twice in the recent future and recommended them to me. I visited them Saturday 12/6/2025 and let me say...they are very friendly and treat you like family. My truck work was going to take several hours and my business is about 1 mile away..so I told them I was calling an Uber..and they offered to take me to my shop!
Outstanding....plus when I met the techs in the work area to bring them the lug nuts for the new wheels...they are just a friendly and accommodating as the sales persons in front and went so far beyond typical experiences i have had in my life with some auto repair shop techs...that i tipped each tech!
That says a lot about an owner. I also had the privilege to meet Pop, the owner, and I see where his staff get their demeanor! Pop is a cool guy, showed me his scale model collection and other neat wall art of cool auto related stuff. AAA+ i highly recommend Pops Tire Service & Diagnostic (PTSD) in Panama City, Florida whether you are a local or a visitor!”
“I went in there to get a new drivers side rear tire because it had a staple in it When I picked it up, they had changed the passenger side rear tire. Mason advised me that he tried to call me several times and my phone went to voicemail so he made a decision for me because my passenger side rear tire was separating. I really appreciated that because it was a safety issue and it made me feel good that he was looking out for my safety. Very thankful!”
