Charged 36.65 to my credit card for gas on 24 Oct 25. Credit card account is showing pending charge of $100.00. When I called to inquire the clerk who answered told me to call back tomorrow after 5am when the manager would be in and then hung up on me while I was trying to ask if that's standard procedure for gas purchase. This is tge second business that I've had issues with credit card purchases in Panama City Beach. Be very careful of any credit card purchases there!

Went there at 8:30 on 9/30/24. They charge for ice in your cup. Don’t go there for ice in your cup. No one else does this. $1 a cup. Also the lady at the counter was very rude and disrespectful.

The clerk named Vanora black lady is very rude and cursed at me. She got aggressive and another woman named Jessica white girl with tattoos that also works there became real aggressive and I was scared. Im senile 76 years old been living here since I was a kid. I don't feel safe going to this gas station when they are there. I tried to reach manager and failed. I already sent and email to the company

Their credit card machines don’t work at the pump, so you spend a bunch of time fighting with them and then go inside. Evidently the regional manager won’t fix them and won’t put a sign.

Customer service wasn't the best but it's a clean gas station and the gas prices weren't as bad as other ones in the area.

What ever has happen in last month or so at this store has made it very unwelcome I remember going and see The girl in the mornings always smiling happy now you walk in the store it’s super depressing the food cold that’s on the roller Grill will be changing gas stations from now on and somewhere else fells depressing walking in there seem not have any good Energy anymore

Kristy and Alana are always cheerful, greet you with a good morning and a smile as soon as you walk through the door! I won't go to any other gas station of the mornings. They always have what you need and Kristy makes sure the store is stocked and clean.
