I have been doing business with Tyndall since 1973 and have never once had a problem with them. Today 1/4/24 I had one of the best experiences yet! Emily in the loan department thank you for your quick response and help getting me where I needed to be this afternoon! Vehicle has been picked up and all paper work completed. What a simple experience!!

I am proud to be a member of TFCU. I am glad the CD rates were good and I took advantage of them. My only complaint would be the ATMs at Parker Branch. They seem to be out of cash or down a lot.

It has been great working with Tyndall over the years. Anything that I need is always handled with professionalism and convenience. I have had several car loans, personal loans, and mortgage. Always accommodating and pleasant. I have referred several people to Tyndall.

Tyndall FCU is local which is nice. Digital banking here is clunky. The website seems to be down a lot and the app has a lot of issues. I have multiple banks and Tyndall FCU's digital operability is by far the worst due to instability and just inability to quickly find the easiest of information (like member number). Recently was told to "pick up a new debit card, drive 20 minutes to location near Best Buy, stood in line for 15 minutes, was told "have a seat we will make one", wait another 15 minutes, then I'm told "they made one it's at Lynn Haven branch. The ability to communicate here is lacking and it costs customers hours of their day. Despite the negative experiences they are one of the best local banks and having brick and mortar locations is nice. I'll update to more stars if I see improvement. *Update* the Lynn Haven "card pickup" is poorly marked you have to drive around the lot to find it. Additionally, the Lynn Haven branch is understaffed with long wait times. The replacement of my debit card has consumed half a day at this point. I'm not sure what everyone's time is worth but folks should take it into consideration when banking here. Evidence suggests the simplest of tasks like a debit card replacement is a major undertaking. App hasn't worked in over a month and bank employee told me "yeah that's been happening to a lot of users". Will be investigating other options.

Excellent customer service and the bank policy!!! I never had any issue while being a customer with this company. Highly recommend and encourage others to cooperate with Tyndall, specially consider their low apr loan for home buyers.

I've been with Tyndall Federal Credit Union for a long time. I have always received great service in any department that I call to do business with. I recently had applied for a new vehicle loan and received an amazingly professional and helpful Loan Technician her name is Lori Johnson. She answered all my questions every time I called. I am grateful to her during this process to purchase.Thank you Lori!p.s. the interest rates are way too high

Our experience with Tydall was EXCEPTIONAL! We had some unique circumstances that presented challenges; but our loan agent, Matthew Imel navigated us successfully through the process. Matthew was always timely in his communication, comprehensive in his responses and understanding . He was an anchor throughout the process and never wavered in his commitment to us. His calm demeanor and keen intellect was especially reassuring when obstacles arose. We cannot say enough good things about Tyndall Federal Credit Union!!!

It disappoints me to report that 53 years after joining the credit union that I was dumped for insufficient usage. I didn't borrow,deposit or withdraw from my account I just remained a member in good standing with an occasional car loan. So now I have to search unclaimed funds to get my balance back. This on the eve of veteran's day. Well thank you for your service. You volunteered to serve in an unpopular and undeclared war an now that you are no longer needed take a hike.

Left Wells Fargo after several years,of bad service.Trendall is a yes,So far So good,6 Years now...Only use Federal Banks now without the troubles...Great customer service ..Thank You Staff !!!
