Well it finally happened, my debit card has been compromised. I have had several unauthorized charges to my account. I hear quite too often about this from Tyndall customers. It seems they have had a breach and have had their card numbers sold on the dark web. What are they going to do to fix this problem? Seems like they are behind the curve in security and technology in general. If you want your information shared with unknown people on the dark web, please use Tyndall.

Tyndall has been nothing but amazing for me. I started out with them years ago through a used car dealership setting up financing with them. Since then I have opened a checking account, then was approved for a large credit line with them, then a savings. Paid off that vehicle, and now have another vehicle financed elsewhere that is complete garbage(CINCH AUTO). I am in the process of refinancing with Tyndall while they have this amazing promo going on right now of 25% off my initially approved APR. Which is great, I got a super low rate! It's going to be more convenient to make my payments. No convenience fees and awesome customer service. Also the credit line is amazing, absolutely NO cash back fees at all. I can transfer money from that account to my checking/savings at anytime through the app. Or go pull cash from it no questions asked. Love Tyndall. I hope to one day be able to ask them for a mortgage also and have everything all under one banking account with them. Definitely recommend.

I've asked for help on a 2occasions to stop payment on withdrawals that I didn't approve, 1st charge was for a hotel I booked during the wild fires. We were evacuated & couldn't go to the fairgrounds to camp with 2 dogs & a newborn. The hotel took our money but had no vacancies & wouldn't return our money, TYNDALL wouldn't stop payment! 850 Strong, my foot! Next time was for a loan company that took the same payment to many times. TYNDALL teller in Callaway lied to my fiance claiming to stop payment, but never did & denied it when I called a week later. I'm done with this C.U.,it's done nothing proactive or good for us in 3 years of being a member!

I opened up a dispute with them for transactions on my visa. I cancelled my card and they still had it active. I submitted the documents as requested and then they lose the paperwork and close the case. Not very productive on their part.

24 hour customer service doesn’t work as it should got all that money but people can’t check there balance without getting hung up on been like this for years

Awesome all the way around! Been with WF since 03, but heard such raving reviews from multitudes of Tyndall customers that continued to say you need to go to Tyndall! And today I did and just the one interaction with an amazing customer service rep that was knowledgeable, kind, upbeat, and patient and even stayed a couple minutes after closing to finish it up ... well you’ve already won me over ! Give CJenkins a raise! She’s beyond outstanding! This is what customer service of years gone by once was.... to have it still exist at my new bank it’s uplifting!
