Our ups driver refuses to deliver packages to our house almost half to three fourths of the time. There is no reason for this. He will just drive by and then say undeliverable. It’s gotten so bad that I refuse to use them unless I have no choice!!

WORST SERVICE EVER, THEY LOST MY PACKAGE OF OUR CUSTOMER AND NOW THEY DO NOT WANT TO TALK TO US, DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE THEY LADY JUST SEND US TO LOOSE OUR TIME AT THE UPS MAIN OFFICE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE, THEY JUST STOLE OUR CUSTOMER PACKAGE AND THESE PEOPLE OF THIS OFFICE DO NOT CARE AND THRU OUR CUSTOMER FROM THE STORE, THE WORST PEOPLE EVER.WHAT I RECEIVE THE STANDARD WE ARE SORRY ANSWER, DO NOT USE THIS UPS STORE LET THEM CLOSE OR CHANGE OWNERSHIP, YOU CAN FIND MY PHONE NUMBER AND CALL AND TRY TO BE NICE AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE,

Package was out for delivery then magically was back at the facility with a delivery date that undermines the entire reason I ordered and had shipped. No explanation. (Also, I was home all day) Then the UPS number listed wouldn't allow me to get to a human to find out what the delay was. The automated "helper" is infuriating and would only say there's a problem. Yeah, no kidding, that's why I called. I would recommend paying extra and using FedEx unless UPS can unscrew themselves.

No help at all. The lady said anything to get me to leave. I saw my order number instead of tracking and she suggested I had been spammed. No insight to suggest checking an email or anything. Then gave a bunch of dead end numbers to call with no instruction. She did not want to help or work

Can't get a mis-shipped job to a customer.Also can't talk with any human who can or will help, or give me a working phone number for support that is in The USA .Same poor service I've been dealing with for the past 25 years.
