Not much different from other service stations. The pump I used didn't have the latch on the nuzzle so I had to hold the handle the whole time I pumped the gas. Not a big issue but if it was really cold it might have been a problem.

My car broke down at this gas station while I was on vacation. The staff were so kind and helpful, and they helped me get my car to a shop right away.
