Went in to upgrade my phone an hour before they closed, was not aware that the security policy changed and I would need to be an account manager on the account to make changes. So I stepped out to my car and did that online and came back in the salesman helping me was super nice and helpful the entire time until the manager came out and he was the one who was rude It was 6:05 everything was said and done I just needed to swipe my card but didn’t realize my card was in my wife’s wallet. I explained I live 5 min down the street and can go grab it and come back or have her bring it to me. They refused the sale and told me they are ready to close the registers and go home. I understand I should’ve had my stuff ready but the attitude and resentment he automatically had towards me because it was close to closing time is absurd. Maybe you shouldn’t work in sales if you expect to get off right at 6 o clock.

I recently visited the Verizon Wireless store and had a bit of trouble setting up my new phone. Thankfully, Chris, one of the associates, went above and beyond to assist me. Despite initial difficulties, Chris patiently worked through the issues and got everything up and running smoothly. His expertise and dedication made the experience much more enjoyable. The store itself was impressively clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The associates, including Chris, were not only knowledgeable but also genuinely helpful and friendly. Their customer service significantly improved my overall impression of Verizon, and I appreciate the team's efforts in ensuring a positive experience for their customers.

I had a very enjoyable experience with Verizon. I bought my Mother and Son phones for Christmas. When we picked them up, Johnathan transferred the data over to both phones. Thanks

My husband and I were recently in to get new phone service these were some of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of talking to. Austin was the one that worked with us very nice and had no problem asking his manager questions that he wasn’t sure of. The manager actually stayed a little after closing with us when Austin had to leave. EVERYONE was extremely nice with exception of one who never smiled much less spoke. He was the tall guy I can’t say he wasn’t a nice person because he never spoke but he certainly wasn’t going out of his way, even when you smiled at him he acted as if he was to good to even smile back. I would never want him to loose his job but I feel maybe someone should teach him common courtesy. Overall our experience was great.

Very helpful, quick in and out buying my son a phone and adding him to my plan.Plenty of Easy access parking, a little pushy on trying to sell me all the “extras”. But they’re in sales, so its their job to sell you their merch, so be prepared for your experience. Cool people, friendly, funny & definitely know the ins & outs of phones, iPads & accessories.

My iPhone 11 finally decided it was tired and had enough so I went to Verizon and got a new iPhone. These guys are truly clueless. I guess the purchase of a $1400 isn’t enough tfornthem to offer a free set up for you because they wanted to charge me an additional $30 for my setup. I told them no thanks I’ll do it at home. I get home and I can’t get the iPhone set up. It’s pretty much locked me out of my iCloud account. So I drove up to the Verizon in Lynn haven and they were able to help me set it up. Turns out they didn’t delete my old phone off of the plan and pretty much made it to where I would’ve have to have paid them to Set it up anyways, I won’t be back to this location. Make sure to go to the Verizon in Lynn Haven. They are super friendly guys and much more helpful!

Ashley at the 23rd street Verizon store in Panama City saved the day for me, phone wouldn’t turn on and within 15 seconds she reset it and got me back on my way. Thought I was going to need a new phone. Thank you so much!

If I could rate this store -10 I would! Every trip to this store is a waste of time,no customer service or willingness to help at all! The gentlemen who works there is a total IDIOT! His only response every visit has been," this is above my head" !!! Unbelievable..the most unhelpful, unqualified and rudest place I've ever been!!! Do better Verizon..do you just hire people to have a body in there to fill the slot?? The other female employee just sat there playing on her phone and never looked up..THEY DO NOT CARE TO HELP ,in any form or fashion!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I was actually at Surterra Welness next door, which is always outstanding! Verizon, however, I visited when we first moved here, and I've never met a bunch of more entitled children as work at Verizon. Rude, and unable to answer the simplest of questions. They were very unconcerned with assistance.

I would give less stars if possible. Not only when you walk in are you smacked in the face with a smell of weed like air freshener all over the building, I was informed in order to help me with my cell phone (btw I have a plan and pay well over $200 a month) they would need to charge me an additional $30 just to look at my phone and help me. Don’t waste your time effort or money With this business, or Service, if you could call that Service! Disappointing isn’t even close to the words I would use. Beware

Wife and I came in for a new phone and we had nothing but professionalism and from salesman Austin. Helped us find the best deals possible and was able to explain everything down to layman's terms for us.
