I'm also 50. This means I'll literally never out live this screw up. The biggest financial mistake I've ever made. They do not have better coverage. They do not have better phones. They are the furthest from the cheapest.There's absolutely no reason to go with Verizon. But it's your money.. you're grown.. Go ahead and live your life.

My husband and I went in to the Tyndall store to get new phones with the promotion they had going on and definitely walked out with 2 new phones with no money down! Kam’Ron was the person that helped us and he did an amazing job. He made sure we got what we needed and asked for and went over the breakdown for us of how much our total bill would be a month. For a young man, he was very knowledgeable and patient! If you need help with anything, Kam’Ron is your go to man! Thank you!

Went in for a phone case. Just wanted to look, but felt more of them just trying to get a sell out of me. Was told online it’s $20 ended up paying $60. Just felt very suffocated and rushed.

My husband and I went in to pick up his new cell phone and we believe it was the manager who finally addressed us. I don’t know his name but he was young maybe late 20’s to mid 30’s. When we went to his station he had an arrogance about him from the beginning. The gentleman sitting at a smaller desk asked if he wanted him to help he said no I got this. We explained my husbands current phone is broken and we purchased a new one over the phone and we were told to pick it up at the Tyndall location. He got the phone and we asked if he could transfer the data from the old phone to the new one. He said for $50 I’ll do it. My husband being the kidder he is pulled all the cash he had in his pocket at the time and said I have $45. Guy stated it’s not a negotiation and handed us the phone and said good day or something like that. Then manager/employee shut us down as quickly as we walked in the store. My husband said a few things and we left. Now Verizon over the phone said we had to go to that store and they were the only ones that had it not the other one. Now leaving with our tails between our legs we started home and thought we will go to the one on 23rd st, we did and had a totally different experience. The young man greeted us immediately and we told him what we needed and he said yes I can do that. He said it will be $29.95 (not $50 like the other store). We were there about 30 minutes out the door with a phone with most of the data transferred. The man at the Tyndall store is very rude and did not want to help. He should have let the other man help us. Never again will we darken their steps. He is a bad person and I wish I had his name but we were so taken back by his rudeness I just wanted out of the store. .

The sales rep was the greatest person I’ve ever met. He made purchasing awesome. Very thorough. Explained every detail savings etc. I couldn’t be more pleased if I would have gone anywhere else. Greatest Verizon experience ever. I definitely will be returning to him with any or all my future purchases.

Jeff Johnson was so good to work with. He found the best deal that fit our budget and got us a new phone.I have gone to Mr. Johnson for all of my Verizon needs since I came to Florida. He is a consummate professional and I highly recommend him to anyone.

Well, depending on the person you get depends on their view I got a person that was kind of disrespectful. I could tell she was having a bad day but my phone problem was not a calling issue It was a Internet problem. So when I told her that she said, do you want to troubleshoot your phone I’ll give it to you and I said no please feel free to go ahead, but the issue was resolved, and my phone stopped acting up.

Kalob provided us with exceptional customer service. Came to the Tyndall Parkway location as the corporate location was close to closing after we upgraded our phones. Kalob stayed after hours to ensure our phones were set up properly. Truly appreciate Kalob’s kindness and willingness to help us out!!

Knowledgeable. Elegant. Helpful. Amazing.Those are the 4 words I would use to describe JJ.I've never been helped so much without feeling overwhelmed by a salesman. If everyone took notes from JJ, retail would never be a headache.He is simply the best.

You go in because you're having a problem with your phone but instead of them showing you how to do what needs to be done. They are saying this is what you do as their fingers are doing the walking all over the screen and you can't even keep up with what they are doing. I got home and the problems I was having was still on the phone, wish they would take the time to go over the problems and make sure the people are ok but every time I go inside this place everyone is playing games on their phones and don't have time for the customers!!!!! Do your job folks!!!!!

Went in to fix a glitch on my phone, and they could fix it. But informed me I had an unbelievable upgrade offer... no pressure. I had been thing about it already. Karon was awesome didn't upsale me on things I didn't want or need. Very helpful and respectful. Very knowledgeable and helped to find the best deal for me financially.
