From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of outstanding, and I couldn't be happier with the care and attention I received.From the moment I arrived, Matt greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, immediately putting me at ease. He took the time to listen to my concerns and was incredibly knowledgeable about Volkswagen vehicles. His expertise was evident as he explained the service process and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity.Matt's attention to detail and commitment to providing top-notch service were truly remarkable. He kept me informed throughout the entire service, providing regular updates on the progress of my vehicle. The staff there is amazing! Every time I come in for service I am greeted with a friendly smile. Very knowledgeable and able to explain to me the service(s) being done to my car. Makes me very comfortable to know my car is in good hands when it’s there.

I gave the PC Dealer Ship a 4 star for these reasons:1. Dealer Ship service department was short handed.2. No interest staff to meet customers like a receptionist.3. I was told by the service advisor that they were over loaded and have over 700 hundred cars that need to be worked on.4. I came in for a 10 thousand mile service, fix a tire valve stem and I was asked to leave my car and when I asked how long this would take? I was told other cars were in front of me. When I told them I would be staying, I was told that this will be a long day about 3 to 4 hours. When I questioned the time I was told it could be sooner. I told the service advisor that my VW Beetle only knows service from the dealer ship and I believe it should not take that long. I was told where I could sit in an area on the sales floor which is a few chairs in front of a counsel with a TV playing music loud for the deal ship. Then one of the staff came over and said the speakers are down in the dealer ship and they use the TV for music and was handed the remote if I wanted to change the channel. I did turn the music down to a normal level and didn't feel good about changing the channel leaving the dealer ship without music. So I sat in the small place within the floor of the dealer ship reading my book. I was the only one waiting for my car to be serviced. During this time a few different people came over to turn the TV up realizing and surprised that I was sitting there then walked away frustrated. Because I do believe that service advisors are taking in cars and asking customers to leave. This did make me feel like I was not wanted all though I was the customer.5. All in all I was out in two hours and I have my beloved VW Beetle the Pearl back and he is running well. I have owned my car since 2017 and just moved from the Orlando area to PC both dealer ships a boutique dealer ships but defiantly differently run. I was told that this is a small town.

I took my VW in for maintenance. THEY HAD IT FOR 4 DAYS. I came to pick it up on Saturday it wasn't ready. I came back and picked it up after paying 1800 dollars. The ac wouldn't work then came on. Sunday I went ro get coffee it overheated and no ac . This is the second time They have messed up my VW. I wouldn't trust them to wash my car!

I had an issue with a door lock not working. It was covered under warranty and didnt cost me a penny. It also only took them 2 days to get it diagnosed, fixed, and put back together. Would recommend to anyone with a Vw.

Mark Skaggs is my guy, always takes Good care of me and helps coordinate schedules, keeps me informed. Great service. Royce always does a follow up call as well to ensure all went well and resolve any issues which I have not had. They improved the waiting room which was cramped and uncomfortable so I appreciate that since I usually wait on car. I only take my vehicle to VW dealer. They go out of their way to make sure you want to have your car serviced here. Good job people.

Nothing but problems. The service department has zero respect for your time, i have never waited less then 3 hours for an appointment for an oil change. They do not honor lease purchased packages. Sales department is just as bad. When trying to purchase the lease, they wanted to charge $3,000 more then what is stated in the lease contract. I'm not even sure how that is legal, seeing how I signed a contract stating how much the vehicle would cost when the lease is up. Do yourself a favor and drive the hour and a half to the next closest VW.

I received an oil/filter change special so I booked an appointment for Monday morning at 10 a. I live in Santa Rosa Beach and it takes a hour to get to the dealership. When I arrived I told them I was going to wait on the vehicle. I was told by the man who waited on me that there was a 2-3 hour wait because they overbooked people waiting on their car. The service is terrible and the counter help could care less about helping. This is the second time that I have dealt with this business. I will never do business with them again. I now see why they have a 2.3 rating.

Mark and his team are exceptional. They booked me for my 10,000mile service within a day, and were spot on, on how long it would take to get it done. I waited in the office as they worked on my car. What's great is they also offer a drop off within 15miles should you need it. My husband has been going here for over a year and a half and we are so happy with their personalized service. Not only do they check up on you while you wait, they meet you at your every point of need. We are so glad to have found our VW family. I highly recommend them whether you drive a VW or a different car brand, they've got you covered!

The service I received at Panama City Volkswagon was outstanding. I was very indecisive about my goals for the visit and Mark stayed patient with me as I changed my mind several times. Mark was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and its warranties.Ultimately, he listened to my concerns and responded appropriately. He kept me informed along the way and made the experience a good one with proper care to my vehicle and safety.
