It seems like they've been short staffed for a while in the pharmacy, and they're always busy- 8+ cars in the drive thru plus folks inside no matter if it's a Tuesday at 10am or a Friday at 5pm. But, dang!, the pharmacy staff never miss a beat. They do their job wholly and with a positive energy that I know myself I couldn't keep given the circumstances. Real true professionalism!

Staff was very very courteous and even complimented my shirt. I didn't get everything I wanted because the stock was out due to a sale reduction in price. I guess I was Johnny come late LOL. I won't move so slow next time. ???

I just want one pharmacy that is open and has staff. Every single one around me is incompetent, rude, and can’t stay open their listed hours. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Went today to pick up a script at 7:45pm on a Friday night. They close at 9, but guess what!? They’re closed due to”to staff”. FOH!! Unacceptable, Walgreens!

45 minutes in line to pick up a prescription. It's insane how disorganized and slow this pharmacy is!! There's always an issue and a gigantic line!

These pharmacy techs are running like crazy every time im here its long lines, you need to get them more help and better pay them well. Im a long time hold out on doing my medications via mail, but I'm just one bad day away from making the switch ?

Every time I get an email or text telling me the refill date it's always different at the Walgreens store, and then the Pharmacy says they have no control about the what I'd emailed me or what the robot tells me! When I speak to one of the Pharmacy technicians, they say one thing and then the Pharmacist says another thing, always saying that I could have spoken to a new technician, and when I tell them I spoke with a Pharmacist, they say it could have been a Pharmacist from another Walgreens Pharmacy covering their Pharmacy! This issue is an on going issue at the Walgreens on Tyndall Parkway! It's frustrating, especially when it comes to your pain medication! I am so upset about this! If they'd be on the same page, and explain it right the first time I could plain it better!

THIS STORE DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A 1 STAR. I had three prescriptions of my albuterol inhaler filled and each one stopped working with the counter saying I had 80 puffs left. When I went back to explain this they said that I have to contact the distributor. They don't care because they have been paid and they will keep getting their money. I WILL NOT EVER GET ANOTHER PRESCRIPTION FILLED BY THIS PHARMACY AGAIN.

By far the worst service, I ordered a banner for same day, came at the time promised 2:30pm and they said it wasn't ready and to come back at 5pm. I came back at that time for them to tell me they don't have the paper for it, and they would have to order paper and was not sure when the paper would come in.

Terrible pharmacy!
They never “receive” your prescriptions.
Lady’s at drive through window are annoyed, dont want to answer questions and have bad attitudes like my insurance company isn’t paying their salary???
Chick on phone has an attitude and doesn’t listen to customers needs.
Send your prescriptions to a different Walgreens, THEY SUCK BAD!!!!! If I could give no stars I would

Horrible service. My insurance is active and good. They said it isn’t. Called my regular pharmacy back home and it’s fine. Will go elsewhere.
