WARNING! Your RX Insurance has PROBLEMS HERE!!My first complaint is in my Walgreens RX account online, My preferences for refill notifications are "OFF". I have received 2 voicemail messages in the last 2 days WHEN I DONT WANT THEM from Liz asking if they can refill my prescriptions. OFF means OFF, never does mean ON. Perhaps my preferences are not connected to the actual Pharmacy Department? I did change my prescriptions online to "REMOVE" for any that are refillable today. My second complaint is when my podiatrist ordered Ammonium Lactate (Tier2 approved medication) to Walgreens, the charge was FULL PRICE at $24 when in fact my Plan Online RX fee showed $0!!!(which I check so I know the price beforehand) I also receive FULL extra help from Social Security as well and the clerk had never heard of it!!! Evidently Walgreens did not connect my RX insurance or extra help to the product. Because of the 2nd erroneous curmudgeon I decided to no longer use Walgreens. And I was able to get the prescription for $0 and a different pharmacy!!!While in line waiting (forever) for the Ammonium (that I ended not getting), I over heard at least 2 other people having the same issue...that Walgreens RX was suddenly charging when their insurance had not before. I think there is a serious 'computer' issue with Walgreens Pharmacy; especially since it happened to me. Additionally when I was at the cash register and the clerk had never heard of "Extra Help", AND....he could not get anyone working behind the counter to help him - he asked 3 different pharmacists who just ignored him!!!!! I finally gave up and left, leaving the overpriced prescription that I needed there!!!People are suffering when they cannot pay for prescriptions and if Walgreens is participating in price hikes or computer glitches that end up causing harm, then there is a major serious problem.

Absolutely terrible experience every single time. When you’re sick and need your antibiotics expect a 3-4 day wait time and when you arrive you have to wait an additional 15-30 minutes while they fill it. No communication, prescriptions are never done on time, and it’s never communicated when it will actually be done.

Very fast, efficient curbside pickup. I placed my order and it was ready within 10 mins to pickup. I clicked the link sent via text to let the store know when I was here and the lovely associate was out with my correct order in less than 3 mins... highly recommendPickup is not directly in front of the store as it’s more to the right of the entrance doors. There was also only one “curbside pickup” sign so it’s easy to miss

My daughter's life saving, required medication has been filled here for a couple years now. It is on auto refill and each month there are issues getting it refilled. The staff suggested I call a week before the auto refill is supposed to start to request the refill early to avoid the issue (which negates the purpose of automatic refills) so I started doing that and even with the extra time, they still can't get it refilled correctly. There is a new excuse each month and they give the impression that they just don't care. They say they can get it delivered next business day but it is a week later and still nothing with no communicationthat they were having issues, and in the meantime, it is a child who suffers. We will be pulling all prescriptions from here and going somewhere that cares more about their patients and is responsible with properly refilling medications. I have been patient with them but there is no excuse for their incompetence at this point.Update: I was told Saturday when trying to get the prescription that an order would be placed that day for it and that the prescription would be ready Monday so I went back Monday to pick it up. I was then told that the request for that refill could not be placed Saturday since the main hub the medicine needed to come from was closed on the weekends and was therefore placed Monday and would not be there and available for pick up until Tuesday later afternoon, so I was lied to yet again by an employee at this location.
