My daughter's life saving, required medication has been filled here for a couple years now. It is on auto refill and each month there are issues getting it refilled. The staff suggested I call a week before the auto refill is supposed to start to request the refill early to avoid the issue (which negates the purpose of automatic refills) so I started doing that and even with the extra time, they still can't get it refilled correctly. There is a new excuse each month and they give the impression that they just don't care. They say they can get it delivered next business day but it is a week later and still nothing with no communicationthat they were having issues, and in the meantime, it is a child who suffers. We will be pulling all prescriptions from here and going somewhere that cares more about their patients and is responsible with properly refilling medications. I have been patient with them but there is no excuse for their incompetence at this point.Update: I was told Saturday when trying to get the prescription that an order would be placed that day for it and that the prescription would be ready Monday so I went back Monday to pick it up. I was then told that the request for that refill could not be placed Saturday since the main hub the medicine needed to come from was closed on the weekends and was therefore placed Monday and would not be there and available for pick up until Tuesday later afternoon, so I was lied to yet again by an employee at this location.

If I could give this pharmacy a zero ai would. The pharmacy worker lied to my face about when a script would be ready for my husband. The manager was equally incompetent. Take your business elsewhere!!!!

Edit:There was one lady who was super sweet and she deserves to work at a better pharmacy.-Would give 0 stars if I could. Every time I go there, it’s always something. The pharmacy staff is always so rude and has complete disregard for customers. I’ve been in the food industry for ten years now, so I go out of my way to be kind, but especially to anyone dealing in hospitality services of any kind. I went tonight to pick up my daughters prescription after her doctor office sent her prescription there instead of Walmart. They don’t accept her insurance. Very frustrating given the prior situation but no big deal. So we leave before remembering they can transfer the prescription. So as we’re just a minute down the road, we call back there to ask them to see if they can transfer it to another pharmacy. The lady that picks up the phone then get frustrated and rude for us asking to transfer it and apparently can’t find her prescription after we had just pulled it up. We simply asked how they lost a prescription in the matter of two minutes using the same information we provided while we were inside to which the lady on the phone says “We’ll I don’t know who you even talked to but it’s not here.” We called pancare and had to have them contact Walgreens on our behalf because the lady who answered the phone was being so rude. It has been one hell of a night with the pharmacies on Tyndall Pkwy. Pancare on Tyndall Pkwy was the only place willing to help us and did so very kindly.

Pharmacy lady was rude as hell. Kept interrupting me, telling me to get in line when all I was trying to do was confirm if it was ready so I could wait in line. I don’t want to wait in line over and over again to just confirm if it’s ready. I will never use Walgreens ever again.

Violate HIPPA so very rude. Will be removing my scripts. Winn Dixie sold out. Not my choice to go here, thought I'd give it a try. WILL NOT DEAL WITH RUDENESS. and letting everyone hear my name, address,and script info is extremely violating. Will be reporting. Wish the girl at the counter had a name tag. Tall dark headed a lil heavy set. Rude, short with you and just very unprofessional.

The attendants at the Walgreens pharmacy were rude and untrained. Even though I had completed the online registration and filled out all of the forms and health surveys, they still couldn't get my information correct. I ended up having to repeat the entire online process while waiting over an hour for service.

We’ve lived here less than three weeks and we’ve needed to pick up four prescriptions, four separate times. Every interaction with this pharmacy has been so horrible. The technicians are so incredibly frustrating and rude. Every single one of them has had an attitude and seems like they hate their job and the customers are the worst part of what they do. I have not had one positive experience. This evening was the last straw. We will be changing pharmacies, please beware if you chose to use this place for your family pharmacy.

Went to the pharmacy to pick up medication for my Mother. Jessica was not a pleasant person. Definitely didn't get service with a smile.

Clean somewhat smiling and helpful staff cashiers are fast and ready to check you out upon arrival at register! On the other hand the pharmacy needs some improvement a lot of improvement. (Just saying) but not as bad as Winn-Dixi's pharmacy though!!!.....

There are two people who work in the pharmacy that have the most suprising smiles and paichents and do the best they can to insure you are taken care off. One is a cashier Joanas whom seems to be very busy every single visit the other is the Pharmacist Ashley whom deserves more respect than given.

This store has the rudest, laziest staff! Always trying to be sly with the mouth, never wanting to help the customers, from now on I’ll visit CVS before going to this Walgreens. Listen staff of Walgreens if you don’t want to deal with customers I have a bit of advice….GET OUT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Simple! We don’t want your horrible attitudes as much as you obviously don’t want to be there!

Pitiful. Incompetent. Rude. Indifferent. Don't care. Bad attitudes. If I could give negative stars, I would. I made excuses for them the first time I went. And the second. And the third. I'm here, again, and nothing is getting better. Definitely changing where I pick up my scripts.

The pharmacy will profile you if your skin tone is too dark. My friend went to get her prescription and they pretended they couldn't find it. It wasn't until they called their security because my friend refused to move and a third pharmacist came over that they were able to find my friends prescription. Please remember that when you profile people and your MIC isn't off people can here it. Extremely disappointed with them.

Refusing to fill medicine after the doctor called and confirmed she messed up on last month's prescription that's why I ran out early. The pharmacy kept telling me it will be ready it took me 3 days to fill the prescription after calling multiple times and bugging them. This is unacceptable especially after my doctor had called and sent in a new prescription. And unfortunately I have no other option but to use this pharmacy due to the convenience of the location.

Both the drive up and inside have incredible lines and the wait time is at least 30 minutes every time I go. I'll be looking for a new location/ pharmacy very soon.
