I wish I can give 0 stars. Too many issues with this location. First they don’t have enough tellers. The 2 tellers they have are always in a bad mood.Always talking to each other… while costumers wait…. No wait to deposit cash on their ATMS. They supposed to open at 9 AM… lies…..if you want to get YOUR MONEY, yes YOUR MONEY… you have to call in advance. DAYS in advance. And when you get your money, they keep asking you, harassing you why do you need YOUR money for.Costumer since 2011 and never had an issue. Just this location.

I have never had a Wells Fargo experience like at this bank branch. On my first trip to find out more information about opening an organization account, I was met by Blaire who laughed and said, "It's Friday, we don't do new accounts on a Friday don't you know." No, at that point I was not aware that a bank did not "do bank accounts" on a Friday as I was trying to find out what I needed to set up a meeting to create the account. After setting up a meeting, Greg continually said how difficult it would be and that he didn't have a good answer for us because we checked all the boxes but it would require extra work for him. Do NOT use this branch. I've always had good experiences with Wells Fargo until this branch.

Always a long line and not enough tellers. Today they had four people behind the counter and only one was helping customers. The others felt their conversation about shrimp and tartar sauce was more important than actually doing their jobs.

They didn’t give me cash because they didn’t have banknotes without damage! the employee didn’t even do anything and didn’t help me in any way! I will try not to return to this bank again.

Great drive thru service with a smile. Would be back in the future. Hope all stayed safe during the recent torrential storms. Many blessings to all for the New Year!

I had an appointment with a banker, Greg Dechau to be added to my ill father’s accounts. I showed up and he immediately seemed irritated that I was there with paperwork. When we sat down he kept sighing, putting his face in his heads, and telling me how complicated this was. He suggested I just get a POA instead and when I told him that wouldn’t work he ultimately let me know he couldn’t help me and wouldn’t call the branch to clarify what they needed. I ended up calling the other branch that sent the paperwork, they apologized on his behalf and said I shouldn’t be in the middle of it like I was. They explained what they needed. I didn’t want to inconvenience Greg again, so I called a different branch in the area for assistance. I suggest anyone that needs an appointment with the banker do the same.

These clowns are just too busy for me every time I go in. And they don’t answer their phone. So I should drive an hour to go to another branch? Maybe just change banks.

The several times I've visited this Wells Fargo bank for the ATM and inside once have been better than others have experience. Each time there wasn't much of, if any, wait to be seen by the teller or pull up to the ATM. The staff I encountered when going inside were pleasant and efficient. My biggest negative is the crappy parking lot with potholes in it and the difficulty of getting in and out of the bank with all the traffic.

I really want to give them zero starts. They are the worst and racist at that. I had a timed account with 90k that matured on August 5th 2023. I went in on Monday August 7th to speak to a banker. I met Debra and she informed me that I should try I think I was a brokerage acct. I said I would think about it and upon leaving I asked if f there was anything I needed to do with the money in the time acct she said no. I went again on Monday August 14th and was told to meet with a financial advisor about the acct and a appointment would be made. I called all week and no one answered the phone. I finally had enough and I went up there Thursday august 17th and told them I wanted to close the acct that’s when I was told that because I didn’t take the money out the times acct I had a penalty of 566 dollars. I asked Debra why she didn’t inform me to move the money and her answer was she wasn’t the banker that initially opened the time acct and I said to her but I ask if I needed to do anything. I proceeded to close my other three accounts with them. I have been a customer with Wells Fargo from 2016 and because of how I was treated at the Panama City branch I’m no longer with them. If you are black they racially profile you.

930am on a Friday, 6 teller windows, 2 tellers, 9 customers in line, 2 at the tellers, 2 managers just standing around .... what a way to kill 45 minutes when your in a hurry.

I’m here everyday making deposits. From all the negative reviews, it is clear you don’t care about this branch or your customers. Your employees, that are not tellers, turn away so many customers. Bank somewhere else. Been like this for 3 months.

Was a new member of Wells Fargo as of a couple of weeks ago. No longer an account holder. Was a few minutes late for my appointment with a banker and was told there’s no chance of us getting in today because the “5 minute grace period” was missed. Pete the banker was too busy to handle my banking needs today so Wells Fargo lost my business.
