Cody and JD were amazing. The customer service was excellent. They answered all my questions and were extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend coming to this AT&T store!

JD and Cody were so very nice, extremely helpful, and professional in helping me get a new phone, after losing my phone to the ocean.
Dealing with them made my experience most pleasant and very satisfying. They are a great asset to AT&T and you are lucky to have them on your team! They will be the reason I keep going to that particular store.

Worked with Cody on my work phone and was very knowledgeable and very quick to troubleshoot my issue. Fixed both issues in 5 mins and I was in my way. Thanks Cody!!

This is the worst company ever, 4 months ago I went to trade in my phone for a new one, the guy from the store told me that I will receive a $1000 credit due to my trade in, they give me a printed piece of paper saying that I’m trading in my phone and I will receive $1000 credit, 4 months past never received the credit, called customer service they want the tracking number which the guy at the store never give me a tracking number, I went back today to the store and the worker basically laugh at me, he say he will contact his manager but never received a phone call from his manager, this is the worst cell phone company ever, basically they lost or stole my phone and nobody is accountable for this, please ever think to go to this store.

It seems like the store need to employ people with better customer care. The employee helping me was Christen but instead of figuring out my issue she seems like not eager to help, had wishy washy responses, no empathy, not even a smile. It's one thing to not know something but at least be apologetic & try to find out from someone who knows. It was a very disappointing waste of time!
