“This location is great, nice selection of parts and maintenance things you’d need for any vehicle. The only thing to look out for is the website as it advertises “Pick up today” option but you may not be able to pick it up same day. I understand that is not the store’s fault as much as it is whoever is in charge of promoting same-day pickup on the NAPA website. I ordered a part at 9am on a Monday and the order confirmation said would be available for pick up same day and I’d get an e-mail when it was ready. I needed it ASAP so I called the store for an ETA was told there was no ETA for same day so it might be the next morning. I did end up getting an email the next morning that it was ready for pick-up. Overall great service at the store location, but online can be a bit misleading. Will continue to shop there, though.”

“The work was done professionally and delivered a day earlier than scheduled. Vehicle looks pristine and so far I’m very satisfied. Only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is it was hard to get a call back. But they did communicate by text all during the process and answer my questions in those texts. Yet I had asked for a call back a couple of times saying it was important and got a text instead. Made it hard to follow up with any other questions. But, given how good my vehicle looks and the early finish, I would and do highly recommend them.”

“Clearly Danny takes pride in his work and goes the extra step to please his customers. We had deep gouges in the paint throughout our entire Silver 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport due to Hurricane Ian damages from debris and abrasions from roof shingles. The hood of the car and doors had the worst damage and were repainted. Other areas were buffed out. Paint matches and undetectable. Before work began, we agreed on the approach to take and Danny did exactly what he said that he was going to do.We came up all the way from Cape Coral. Danny has performed work on a previous vehicle a couple years ago. Since we were happy with the previous results, we were happy to bring this vehicle back to Danny.We dropped the car off on a Saturday and the work was completed by Wednesday. We picked the vehicle up on Thursday. Highly recommended.”

Then after calling them for a suggestion for a low tire light Fred told me to bring it in right away and he’d get it repaired.
