“I bought a 5-speed 2004 Honda Element from BLVD Auto a bit over a year ago. Madison showed us the car and Ben took me through all the paperwork. Austin at the front desk also helped me out on multiple occasions. Everybody I worked with all around was kind and helpful. The car itself really is a gem. Under some dirt, it was practically mint, cosmetically. Seriously, it's insanely clean for an '04. I've seen 2024s in worse shape. All things considered, I think I got a fair price.
It's had a few hiccups after buying - bad A/C compressor, bad VTEC solenoid, bad idle air control valve, bad passenger window regulator - but it is a 2004 with almost 300k miles on it, so I can't say I didn't see something like all that coming. The folks at BLVD diagnosed the A/C issue for me and sourced an OEM Denso part. If memory serves, they offered half-rate labor, which was much appreciated, though I did end up tackling the job myself. In the intervening year, I've since done my fair share of work on it and had plenty of work done and, when last I drove her, she ran like new.
Following a nearly 3,500 mile cross-country road trip and an additional 3,000 miles of driving at my destination, she is now in the capable hands of my significant other (HUGE shoutout to Kelby btw who helped me with some paperwork over the phone while trying to transfer the title and the local DMV was giving me a hard time about showing proof of sales tax paid or some such).
Point is, this awesome car I've dreamt of driving since I first saw it as a kid got me safely and quite comfortably (after an initial scare with the VTEC solenoid) all the way across the U.S. It enabled me to embark on a once-in-a-lifetime trip and helped my partner learn to drive stick, and now it's her first car!
So long overdue thanks to the folks at BLVD for making it happen and making it easy.”

“I received the best customer service from Tracy at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Palmetto. I came to purchase a new battery as I was having issues with my car not starting. I had received a jump start across the street at Walmart by a kind gentleman who suggested I go right to the O'Reilly store. Tracy tested and cleaned my battery which had quite a bit of corrosion on the negative terminal. Based on the test results the battery doesn't yet need replacement but Tracy suggested I get my alternator inspected to avoid future problems along some other useful suggestions. You can be sure when I do need a new battery, I will return to O'Reilly Auto Parts. Outstanding!”

“I had an issue with the rear lights not going off. I did not want this to drain the battery, so I hurried in to NAPA. We discovered that a small pad (down near thr break pedal) had fallen off and needed to be replaced. It cost less than $10, and (2) of the NAPA guys were not only kind enough to show me, but one went over and beyond to help me. I left NAPA with my rear brake lights functioning and back to normal. I even tried to tip the worker and he absolutely refused, he said that he was just happy to help! I highly recommend them and will be returning!”
