“I received the best customer service from Tracy at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Palmetto. I came to purchase a new battery as I was having issues with my car not starting. I had received a jump start across the street at Walmart by a kind gentleman who suggested I go right to the O'Reilly store. Tracy tested and cleaned my battery which had quite a bit of corrosion on the negative terminal. Based on the test results the battery doesn't yet need replacement but Tracy suggested I get my alternator inspected to avoid future problems along some other useful suggestions. You can be sure when I do need a new battery, I will return to O'Reilly Auto Parts. Outstanding!”

“I had an issue with the rear lights not going off. I did not want this to drain the battery, so I hurried in to NAPA. We discovered that a small pad (down near thr break pedal) had fallen off and needed to be replaced. It cost less than $10, and (2) of the NAPA guys were not only kind enough to show me, but one went over and beyond to help me. I left NAPA with my rear brake lights functioning and back to normal. I even tried to tip the worker and he absolutely refused, he said that he was just happy to help! I highly recommend them and will be returning!”

“I wanted to share our experience with an unplanned tire replacement. On Monday, March 25th we were driving home from Ft Lauderdale when one of our back tires separated the tread from the casing. After finding out the spare was flat, we limped the car over to this Walmart where we had a terrific experience. The two ladies behind the counter and the fellow who actually put on the new tires were all gracious, friendly and lovely to work with.
