Honestly I was in this AutoZone for 2 minutes. But it was as efficient as you would want an AutoZone stop to be. I don't think I need to be over the top impressed by smiling employees and gift cards to walk out of the door with in order to give a 5 star rating. Sometimes things are just exactly what they need to be. Not done in a rush. Just professional, proficient, and to the point. I was able to walk in, ask a question, get an answer, purchase my product and leave. I don't see any reason not to give 5 stars for being exactly what people need it to be. Well done and I appreciate it.

I had to get a battery. Went to AutoZone. Bottom line: price was a little less than I thought for a 3 yr battery. The super nice employee had my new one in and bracket secured in 10 minutes or less at no charge to install it. From here on I will use AutoZone as my first choice!!!! Highly recommend!

Very nice and very attentive to the customer, no problem with an exchange of a part that I bought at another branch. They were close to me and changed it for me regardless of the address of the other branch. They do not send you to change it at the branch where they are. Did you buy it if it was in auto zone it is in the system

I was in there today to have a battery replaced and was helped out by Cody. He was a great employee, super helpful, very informative, and helped install my battery. It was really hot outside and he did the service with a smile, and did it super quickly. He definitely deserves employee of the month in my book and I think would make a great store manager. If I could give more than 5 stars for my experience, I certainly would. If anyone needs help with car parts go to this auto zone!!!

I needed a new battery and AutoZone was great. I have a Malibu and they are a little tricky to install the battery. The team there did it and I appreciate it very much.

Annabelle is a life saver. I needed a jump she came to my location and boost me. I followed her to aunt zone and then she was not sure if she would be able to replace my battery that keep put under the seat ??♀️. But she tried and made it happen.

My daughter’s car battery was totally dead in my driveway. We tried jumping it but it was just dead. We were so blessed that Eric from Parrish Auto Zone came to our rescue. He brought the new battery to us and installed it!! He was a God send! I went back to the store and paid. I don’t know what we would have done if it wasn’t for Eric and Auto Zone!! Thank you!
