When TRUST is broken and rules are bent for the “bankers” benefit it’s time to start removing your worth, transferring it elsewhere where. SunCoast Credit Union right up the ride offers a better APR on your money HIGH YEILD CHECKING & SAVINGS 4.25% Chase doesn’t come close. The faster you realize these people here are not here to benefit you and your business the quicker they will appreciate the little guys. Let SunCoast know your situation and they will take care of you. Stay blessed! Best wishes to the team here who screwed this one up. God bless!

I just moved down here with my pups Nov 7 2025 from Ohio and was referred, by a family member, to this location.
I gotta tell yea, WOW!!!! 😃
The process for setting up an appointment via online was super easy and appreciated the reminder texts of said meeting. The branch was neat and tidy with the staff being VERY welcoming.
My meeting was with Carlene K who was just all around a brilliant human being. Aside from her upbeat and positively welcoming spirit, her knowledge and professionalism was also very much appreciated. I felt like family and left with a new account, confidence and a massive smile on my face.
Many thanks to Carlene K and the staff for making this Ohio native feel like a true Floridian and a family member to Chase Bank.
Well done!!!

Horrible experience. Teller ignored me when I walked in and the banker denied me service. Claiming it would take a hour to open an additional line of service. The banker was in the lobby having a full conversation, not busy at all. I will never visit again. If you need to open an account, visit the Riverview branch, they are always eager to help. This branch has horrible customer service.

I visited this branch to deposit a check made out to me or my wife. Even though it was going into my account, the teller Alex insisted that my wife sign first, even though she’s not on the account.
When I questioned it, the teller seemed dismissive and made me feel as though my ability to handle the transaction was in doubt simply because I’m a man. The entire situation left me feeling gender-profiled and disrespected.
I understand banks have policies to prevent fraud, but this was not a policy issue it was a matter of unequal treatment. If the roles were reversed, I doubt my wife would have been asked to do the same.
I hope management reviews this branch’s training around implicit bias and customer respect, because every customer deserves to be treated equally and professionally

I didn't go into this bank. I was helping my elderly neighbor make a trip to the bank. I never waste an opportunity to boast about Chase. No, I'm not a bot. Chase has made banking convenient, and resolving an issue is as easy as picking up the phone. They helped me build credit when everywhere else wanted more. The best part is, I never have to go in.

Had decided having a home in Florida - I needed to open an account here and wanted to use Chase as I had heard good things. My mom has banked with Chase and acquisitions for nearly 70 years (yes she’s almost 94). I waited 7 minutes for the teller/CSR to come back to her station only to tell me I needed an appointment to open an account. That really didn’t bother me too much, but it was how she said it. Not friendly or courteous. It looks like she was out back when I pulled in. Whatever the reason - I don’t think Jamie Dimon would be too impressed with Chase in Parrish. I certainly wasn’t. You all send me wealth management offers all of the time. You all screwed up today. I’m the type of client you would like to have. Not impressive at all.

This bank is a circus! No one knows WTH is going on and every time you talk to anyone they have a different story when it comes to why my deposit isn't available in my account!! You jump their hoops and they come up with a new reason!! Horrible customer service and lies!

NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY!!!!!!! We were notified the other day that our account with chase would be closed in a couple of days!! No reason at ALL!! My husband has been with chase for about 20 years and this is how they treat veteran and loyal clients!! Not once have we gone negative in our account! We have called and visit this branch and no one seems to be able to tell us why! Only plausible answer is the free military checking account we receive with chase and they no longer want to pay for us to have an account!! Taking our business to a place that is a little more military friendly!! BEWARE if you go in for their free military service account, they will just close your account for no reason at ALL!!!

I love this bank. This is where I opened my bank account from the awesome and organized manager Lisa. The people that work here are awesome. They have bank tellers here, some of the other Chase Banks do not have that which I found to be strange. My favorite bank close to where I live.
