My dad, who has several hundred thousand dollars on deposit with this Chase location and a Visa card, tried to withdraw $5,000 cash. He presented 2 forms of ID - 1 a FL driver's license. The employee and manager demanded he present a Chase debit card and provide a security code they wanted to send via cell phone. My dad is 79. He has NEVER EVER had a debit card or cell phone. They refused to give him his money!!! Eventually they were able to call my mother at home, send the security code to her cell phone, and gave my dad the money he requested. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! HE HAD PROPER ID, HIS VERY DISTINCT SIGNATURE MATCHED THE SIGNATURE CARD ON FILE, AND THAT'S ALL THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN REQUIRED TO WITHDRAW "HIS" CASH!

Need to hire people that will listen to the customer. Do what the customer is asking not what they want to. How many times to you have to tell some one you dont want to get rid of a savings account you want to add a checking so you can get a debit card. Then she ask again I don't understand stand what you want. Brain dead the get mad when ask what part debit card don't you understand.. God place to open a credit union.

Came here twice and people here are just helpless they will tell you to call costumer service on just anything you need apparently there isn’t anything they can do for you at branches anymore.

I rarely go inside a bank, everything is normally done online or at the atm but I needed a document notarized today so had to stop by the branch. I was pleased with my experience at this location. The staff were all friendly & Carlene took care of me quickly. We have have been happy with our Chase bank accounts & credit card thus far & appreciate the friendly helpful service received today.

Two people just sitting around , I didn’t have a appointment but they offered to schedule next week to open a new account and that doesn’t seem like they want my business . I want to bank with someone who is accommodating to my last minute life style.

My husband went into this bank happy to open a new bank account. With an appointment scheduled he was told that he had to open his new account over the phone with a customer service representative because they were "too busy to help him", and those were the words they used. He left so unsatisfied with regret of even going here. Dear Chase if you cannot meet with the customers dont have appointments available.

Worst bank I’ve ever had. Three hours on the phone to fix a simple zelle issue and I never even got connected to the right dept. tomorrow I will be closing my personal and business accounts and finding a new bank.

I signed up with chase checking for a new client promo when this bank was first built. It was one of the best banking experiences I ever had. Lisa opened my account. Went above and beyond in going over every service available in addition to details with my new checking account. She was friendly, personable, warm, and knowledgeable. Just as was described, the promo showed up in my account without any complications. I love the modern open concept of this bank. And the tellers and staff are very friendly. So glad this bank was established in such an excellent location for me!! Chase bank has become my preferred banking choice.
