Corporate should be ashamed of themselves for what they do to their employees. 1 cashier working Saturday 2/10/24 afternoon and the line was 15 plus deep. I hope they are at least compensating her well , but I doubt it. The cashier was doing the best she could under the circumstances. 1 st trip there and the last until the owners start treating employees better.

Poorly managed Circle K. Receipt paper always out. Landscaping horrendous.

I stopped in at the Hwy 301 location on my way to a nail appointment in the same strip center. From the minute I walked in the door the employees were genuinely so kind and friendly. I was overwhelmed by their personal and professional courtesy . They made my day, I'll definitely be going back.

Usually this place is a little slow. It takes a while to get to the register , today there was Alex who was super quick and efficient and got everyone through the line in a timely manner. Thank you Alex for not ruining my lunch break.

Cashiers are inexperienced to be left alone. The cigarette program for the discount is awful. The system is down, not workingIr they don't know how to do it. Messy and unkempt. This store needs people who know how to handle situations. Or they need newManagement.

Disgusting. Was in the men's bathroom and the employee who was in there did there business and did not wash his hands. Also none of the 3 sinks in the bathroom worked at all. Soap dispensers were empty. When I told the guy about it he just shrugged his shoulders and said ok. I said u gonna fix it and he said he didn't really care. Will never step foot in this nasty store again.

This circle k has the best customer service. Thanks for having such awesome employees. They are a major asset to circle K. I go out of my way to come to this circle k because of the friendly people that work there. I pass 2 stores to come to this one. Thanks for reading!

Stopped by last week to cash in my winning scratch off ticket. Female associate waited on me after she said, “what” when I approached the counter. She was rude and did not have any clue of what customer service is. I told her that she had a horrible attitude and she yelled, “I have been here since 8am this morning.” She has NO business working with the public. Check your staff Circle K and send her to a customer service workshop! I now do ALL my business across the street at 7 Eleven!!!

This store has gone down hill since it opened, not specific to COVID. They are always running out of basics and the store is filthy. No other convenience store five miles in either direction has the problems this store does, which says it isn't a customer problem, it is a management/owner problem. If you want to save yourself the frustration, avoid this store.

I pulled in to Circle K for gas and I went inside to pay. The associate on duty angrily pointed at me to go to an open register; next the associate angrily tells me "cash or card". All for no apparent reason and it resonated in my mind long after I left the store. Is this how Circle K trains its associates to be rude and condescending to customers? If this associate was my employee the associate would be fired for rudeness to a customer - and fast. To me, I feel the associate was annoyed at the fact that he had to ring me up for gas but the associate needs to realize that there are customers such as me that do not use pay at the pump due to fraud concerns. After all, customer service and courtesy to customers is NOT an annoyance or an interruption. Instead, customer service and courtesy to customers is the future of not only Circle K, but of any business including convenience stores.

Prices are always wrong in the store. Has been brought up to the manager but it does not get fixed. Prices ring up different than what is posted on shelves.
