Now I understand why CVS Pharmacy’s are closing and on the verge of going out of business. This has to be one of the worst if not the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. As an insulin dependent person the pharmacist refused to contact my health provider when they were having trouble getting approval for my prescription and all they kept saying you have no insurance which was totally wrong. Come to find out the pharmacy was careless when entering my information and instead of calling they just kept saying was you have no insurance. Totally unprofessional and zero customer service. I would never recommend this location

I went to pick up my prescriptions and I was in and out very quickly! I appreciated that! It looked really busy inside. I went to the drive up and was greeted by a very friendly employee. Thank you!

Except for one person, no problems. Just one person who always has an attitude.

The slowest pharmacy in the county. Save yourself the hassle and go-to Walgreens. The problem is the staff. They just don't give a hoot.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have been a cvs pharmacy customer for years. Then I moved to palmetto and started coming to the parrish cvs. WORST CVS pharmacy I have ever heard of or experienced. They are rude, always mess up prescriptions or don't have prescriptions in stock. I'm officially changing pharmacies after my last visit due to how rude they are. Loosing a customer after 15 years bc of the staff. Too bad. Side note- front house is actually really nice. It's the pharmacy that's horrible!

The pharmacy and website are a mess at the one I use. Try Walgreens. They seem to have their act together.

Once again absolutely horrible customer service at the pharmacy. I was unlucky enough to have to deal with Tia the pharmacist on duty. No customer service skills whatsoever and really likes to escalate issues. Tried to have a civil conversation about a prescription but wasn't having it due to her going on lunch in 2 minutes and threatened to call 911 if I didn't leave the store. Now she won't fill my prescription that the doctor had called in a week prior and it's the weekend and I don't have my meds and can't get a new prescription until Monday. Never once did I raise my voice or use profanity. Someone this fragile should not be in her line of work.

Never in my life have I dealt with a ruder pharmacist . Literally had the WORST attitude ever while I was asking her simple question. I would drive farther away to not have to deal with that lady again. Do not use this CVS

Well I’d give the pharmacy no stars but that’s not an option. I went to fill my daughters antibiotic prescription since CVS recently started taking Tricare insurance in December of 2021. I was super excited to break away from Publix and that cvs had a drive thru making it so I don’t have to unload any kids and come in to pick up prescriptions. I went to pickup her prescription through the drive thru and was told it would be $30. I said could you bill my insurance and she said send a insurance card so I slipped my dependent Id into the drawer. She informed me that it wasn’t an insurance card and I informed her I’ve used it for 18 years and all the information she needs on it is on the card. She left for a moment came back and then explained to me that it was in fact not an insurance card and that I could pay $30 for her antibiotic. No! I can get it for free at Publix. She said I could have the prescription transferred to Publix all I would have to do is have the pharmacy call. So I chose another pharmacy in Parrish that is t Publix, they were happy to use my information I gave them to set up my daughters profile and said they would call to have it transferred. I called an hour later and the pharmacy told me they called cvs but had to leave a voicemail. So my husband goes to CVS to see if he can expedite the process for now they are messing with my daughters health not accepting our IDs as insurance cards. Long story short we call and yes in fact they have talked to the pharmacy to initiate a transfer but then inform us it could take 72 hours. So we are now going to get the paper we submitted back from cvs, to take to another pharmacy.Uniformed Services ID cards contain two numbers assigned by the DoD: DoD Benefits Number (DBN) – an 11-digit number that relates to TRICARE benefit eligibility. This number is located on the back of the card at the top, next to the date of birth. These cards double as health insurance cards.

The worst CVS I have ever been to!! The Staff at the Pharmacy is very rude and not helpful at all! I called my doctor's office and told them not to send any prescriptions to that location!! It takes way too long to get a prescription filled!! I am very surprised that the Corporate Office has not done something about that Store!!!I will rather spend more money at another Pharmacy, then to go there!!
