Good luck doing anything with the pharmacy here you can’t call because it’s just AI, in person the staff is rude and obviously doesn’t care/can’t be bothered. I would rather not use insurance and pay full price at the discount pharmacy than deal with these people. 10/10 don’t recommend waisting your time.

Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. I paid for 90 days of a medication and was given only 30 days worth. I didn't realize until after I had already paid. I don't usually inspect the medication before paying but I always will now. It took five days and many frustrating conversations to get the other 60 days worth. Only one person (the one who finally fixed the issue) even apologized for the mix-up, the rest acted like I was the problem. The customer service is mostly horrible and the wait is always long.

they were pretty fast even when dealing with a customer who was having issues with picking up prescriptions, and they refilled mine ASAP when i needed it since im out of town.

This is to corporate. When is your R and D team going to come up with a better process at the pharmacy. Think of how a dry cleaning company presses a button and the clothes come right over. Imagine if the cashier can press a few buttons and the order cones to her or him. At this point there is no more room fir the prescriptions. You people are way behind times. Get a stronger team in your R and D department.

I’ve not used CVS before I just moved to the area and googled the closest pharmacy had been in pain 5 days finally spoke with the dr today Monday morning they called in my prescription at noon I went at 4:30 got in a huge wrap around line around the bldg after over 30 minutes time I’m told they received the drs order but my ins didn’t cover it so they didn’t prep it. I’m sorry what? I’m in real pain. I’ve waited five days and now five hours no one contacted me they had my phone number. I circled the bldg as they said 20 minutes I’d already waited over 30 I circle the bldg it takes over 20 minutes I finally get my script so I can go home take my meds and flippin rest zero stars if I could they had my number why ask for my phone number if you aren’t gonna use it? The app sucks don’t rely on it zero stars if I could

The pharmacist needs to learn to listen. They have had my prescription for 11 days. Apparently it has been on back order for 2 months. No one bothered to tell me that until visited the store-no phone call, no message, nothing. I had a hard time getting any answers because the pharmacist just kept trying to talk over me. She recommended I switch to Ambien. My prescription was not a sleeping pill so that makes no sense. But it is for something that puts me at risk when I don't take it which has been the case for 4 days now.

This staff and the "manager" offer attitude more than assistance. Having to call back several times to get one prescription, they still can't give me an answer on why it's not there a week later. The last response was "there was a cyber attach on our system." This is a pretty extreme answer and if true, should have been communicated proactively rather than having customers call in and figure out why there's a delay on medication. Not to mention failure to report a cyber attack is a federal regulatory issue.
