I don’t know why I keep giving this place chances. Every single time they get a coffee drink order wrong (even forgetting the espresso in a latte countless times), the food is burnt, and they are always out of things. The service is 90% of the time terrible and the workers would rather talk to each other than do their job.

Please fix management here. It’s a shame that there’s lines out the door and drive through and when you go to order there’s no food. I love Dunkin but this is disrupting my morning routine. Might start looking elsewhere.

Out of everything. At 7am they could not complete an order of 1 dozen donuts. In addition to not have any sausage for sandwiches or Carmel for coffee.Renaming this location no Donuts for Dunkin

I drive to this location because it was new, clean and well run with nice employees.Now, it's the polar opposite & I'm not returning until it's returned to its former glory.Didn't have croissants at 11:45 am?Oh and the parking lot is gross.

I've been going to DD for over 30 yrs. Never had an issue getting a Hot Coffee. But ever since I moved to Florida and switched from regular Coffee to a Latte ( closets to getting an actual strong Latino Coffee) it has been a struggle for them to make it hot. 40% of the time they have to remake it againg. Bcz it's not hot. Lukewarm at best. But today was the worst. At this place they had to do it 3 times. And even then, the last attempt was cold as if it had come out the fridge. Ridiculous. Sad, really.

This location is bad!!! Dirty, no people skills at all, never clean and this is a franchise. Now mind you we have the highest inflation in 40 years and franchise restaurants have really raised prices. We are leaving Florida and moving back to Pennsylvania and my wife went here for 2 large coffee's. Now 40 oz Kirkland's Arabica ground coffee is 12.99 and that's 40 ounces. We get over 150 cups of coffee with that. Our coffee pot is packed away for our move, so we got 2 lg. Coffee's here and it was $7.00, $7.00!!!!!!! How do people stop at these places everyday or multiple days a week. We are getting ripped off and it's nuts!!! Wake up everyone, this is horrible!!!!

Disregard the hours of operation because 80% of the time the employees are late to open up in the morning. Also disregard the posted phone number because the employees will never answer. Stale coffee and poor customer service.

I’ve ordered here twice in the last week, got home and had to return because it wasn’t what I ordered. This has happened before and it was annoying but today I’m going to take the time to provide a review because it’s just deserving and needs to be said. They don’t get the order right, they never have the sandwich I ask for or they will offer it but they are out of sourdough bread so you get it on a different bread. They don’t take cash so you have to pay with card. There’s always an excuse, she’s new, we give you someone else’s order, we don’t have change, whatever! It’s simply poor management, poor training, poor quality of service and ultimately, poor quality of food. Rarely is someone checking stars for a Dunkin before eating there. But if they are, then this is exactly what they deserve.

VERY BUSY location, BUT Custom Service needs A lot of work! This work Environment is Clearly Toxic and they Laugh about being Rude to customers. You can tell Most are over worked, while Others Just shouldn't be on the front line at all if they HATE there job So much! I Only go to this location because it's convenient.
