Went in to open an account here today. I have a second home here and I wanted a location that I could utilize here and at my other home. Thought 5/3 would be a good option. Went in and a teller/CSR told me to have a seat and someone would be right with me. After 10 minutes a well dressed lady came over and asked if I needed help. I said I wanted to open an account and she said it will be a while. She proceeded to go to the counter and talk about getting me some help to open an account. Nobody certainly jumped at the chance and I finally got up and walked out. She said someone can help you….I just kept walking. You spend all of this money advertising to get people in….I’m the type you want. Customer service is a thing of the past. Home office wouldn’t be too impressed. I certainly wasn’t.

One, if not one of the worst banks in America! Your money is NOT safe here. Even with fraud proven by local law officials, you still will be screwed. They do not value you!!!, they will let fraudulent activities be justified. STAY AWAY!!!

I have never left a bad review at a place before. I opened my account in March and it's now almost June. I was told I would get a $250 dollar bonus and I still have not recieved it. I have made about four appointments in which they say they will resolve it but nothing has changed. I had an appointment over the phone today and no one called. I figured they were busy so I called them 45 minutes later, only for no one to pick up. People I know who have signed up after me had recieved their bonus months ago.

I have been with 5/3 for years. I enjoy them as a bank because they have bank accounts that fit my unique needs without hidden fees attached. This branch in particular was a great help when I moved back and opened accounts here. There was an issue when I was initially opened the accounts and the branch manager at the time was very quick, efficient, and kind with solving the issue. Every time i go in their it is an easy and relaxing experience. Not busy. And staff is always nice and knowledgeable.

I am always greeted when I go to the bank and I like the hours that they are open at my branch. No one tries to sell me other types of accounts etc which is why I will open other types of accounts in the future. My experience at this bank is very positive.

Over all one of the best banks we have used in our lifetime . however in the last year this spot is all new faces and sorry to say they dont take the extra step like all the old employees did miss the old people there . they always took care of us.
