“Needed a refrigerator light, the employees were short with me, didn't seem like they wanted to help. Felt like they blew me off. Been back few times, times, not the friendliest of employees, but I usually am able to find what I need on my own. Ordered wild birdfood online, (about a year ago) they put it in my car for me. When I got home and opened it, it was moldy and smelled so bad, I ended up just throwing it away. I was not going to bring it back in my car smelling of mold. Can't feed it to the birds because they can get sick. So I only go here, to this lowes, when very necessary.”
“Organized and clean sometimes hard to find a person to help a couple of times was told not my section someone should be over in the second you need. They do point me the way, but of course when I get there no one is there and I have to find it myself looking very frustrated. Hey there's always plenty of pple at check out though.”
