I haven’t had the need for off site storage in the past, but that situation changed several months ago. Omar, the storage facility manager is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and is very helpful in every way. So glad I found Extra Space Storage.

They excepted my payment online, then held it for a reason that customer service couldn't figure out. The bank and one of reps said it was in there system the other rep said it was on my end so they couldn't do nothing. They said that they would manually put it through and call me in 10 to 15 minutes. That was hours ago and no call. The man at the storage place was the only helpful person.

Carol & Ashley quickly resolved an issue I had with my storage unit. They even offered up other options to fit our needs. Very friendly and prompt customer service. I would highly recommend this Extra Space Storage location.

Friendly staff, comparable prices, prorate the last month as needed, facilities are nice enough and didn’t seem to have any moisture or pests. Just a spiders & cobwebs thing.

I came home from vacation after Hurricane Milton had passed thru our area. I went to return my travel trailer to its spot at ESS, only to find the main gate had been breeched by the storm and my spot had been taken by an anonymous user. Fortunately Omar helped me find a temporary spot inside until he could get my spot cleared out. He called me a few days later with everything sorted out, I’m very happy with the kind of costumer service he provided.
